Tan (8/5): Very near to Woodlands CIQ, nice view from the 33rd floor. Very responsive host - The size of the apartment was really good. Nice to have a table soccer and darts board in the apartment Didn't like the idea of having to enter and exit the car park from the 5th floor. It would be nice to also provide face/hand towels

Durga (9/5): Best place for families! - This space was so great! The children had so much space to move around. The bath tub substitutes the swimming pool and the view is just wow! Nothing!
Siti (8/5): Very good - The view was very nice esp from the balcony. My children like the games provided such as darts & pin ball soccer. Need a few more dustbins, as the house is very big, not convenient to go to the kitchen just to throw small litters. Have mentioned this to the owner, they will look into this small detail. 👏
Angeline (9/5): Superb - Staff were very prompt, courteous and ever ready to help. Gave good clear instructions. Check In and Check Out were seamless. Place was a good size, beds comfortable. Nice to have the soccer table and dart game, could watch netflix. Good to have filtered water. Apt was self-sufficient. Pity the route to City Sq Mall was not that walkable due to the construction which wasnt under the apt’s control. Good to have a proper clothes rack to hang clothes for drying and also, cleaner sofa & sofa pillows.

Cindy (9/5): Nice place, kids love it. - The condition of the place, it is what you see in the pics. Water pressure at bathrooms was good. My kids loved the place so much. Hubby who is usually hard to please is also happy with the place. The toilet upstairs can get real wet after using it for showers. Will be good to have 2 floor mats (1 inside, 1 outside).
Syazwan (10/5): Exceptional - Easily accessible via car and had an amazing view. Was also super clean and tidy. Also didn't have to wait very long for the lift, which I had problems with in other locations before. For vehicle registration, we needed to give our IC or passport number. This is in an unsecured book which others can see and write in. We felt that this was a bit of a privacy/security risk.

Wan (8/5): Family of 4 weekend getaway stay - The apartment was generally well maintained with a dart board, table soccer, tv console games and Netflix which provide entertainment to family members. There is a double bed downstairs, one double + two singles bed at the loft with 2 sets of toilet/shower so is very convenient. The washing machine, utensils with microwave and water dispenser is certainly helpful for more than weekend stays. The owner goes the extra mile to prepare simple decor for birthday surprises which was certainly pleasant. The shower curtains doesn't really prevent the water slipping through the WC area and since there is no carpet, the entire bathroom is very wet after each shower. For those who are light sleepers, you can hear motorbikes and cars horning at the CIQ when the jam started...I found it interesting to watch but I can't goes back to sleep.

Klara (7/5): Feedback on stay at Vsummer. - I like the design of the house and has refrigerator, microwave, and washer dryer. Host is very caring by providing laundry detergent. The apartment feels homely and comfortable. I love the gym and my girl likes the pool. I don't like the bed and bedsheets. The bed weren't comfortable and the bedsheets material are rough. The material of the towels also very rough. Suggest bring own towel. Water pressure of the shower head is low too. The 2 AC power points in bedroom 1 don't work. The bedrooms also look old with cracks everywhere. Overall the house don't have nice fragrance.
Ivan (8/5): Pleasant and relaxing. - Host was kind enough to provide a video and pdf file to guide visitors on the entire check in process. At one time, one of the electronic appliances fail to work, host then delivered a working set within a short time. Nothing thus far, mostly negligible but would not affect the overall feel of your stay.

Check IN and OUT process was straight forward with detailed guide provided if still unsure. Host was very accommodating and prompt in responding to whatever queries i had during my stay. Requested for early check in, but unable to be granted which is very understandable, depending on situation which was properly and clearly explained by host. Host and his team was very kind and went out of the way to prepare some birthday deco since its a birthday staycay. Definitely an added value to my stay there. Thank you! Would definitely recommend and book this place again next time.

They then helped to place our luggage in our rooms and refigerated our cold items in the fridge. Hosts were very welcoming and replied to all enquiries via Whatssapp promptly. Loft is big and comfortable. The children and me loves it.

Nora (10/5): Great stay at loft home! - The place itself. We like the novelty of staying in a loft apartment. The loft room is big and spacious. Those with 5 children can stay together in this apartment. Love the fact that they provide beds enough for a total of 7 people! We also love the games that they provide to entertain ourselves. The location - if we come back late we will be stuck in the jam together with those going back to Singapore. So plan your coming and going well so you will not be caught in the jam. It's still feasible.
Hazwani (7/5): Good - It was close to the checkpoint. Easily accessible. Host was prompt at replying and was very helpful. The apartment could cater to 6 pax. There's foosball table, dart, game console for the kids to enjoy. Cutleries, induction cooker, cooking pan and some coffees were provided. Room has a great view. The pool was quite big as well. That there is no local channel on the tv box, and that the wardrobe was flimsy and it was hard to shift the mirror in the wardrobe. Also the heater wasn't that hot, the water was still luke warm. Parking level was high and there were multiple bumps.

Chau (7/5): Great for a short family getaway - Great location nearby to woodlands, good 2 bedder for family with elderly and young children. Entertainment is great in the apartment. Nice view. Apartment is clean. Staff service is immaculate. Building lacks maintenance, gym is in a bad shape, pool is not clean. Outside the corridor full of algae on the parapet. Doors frames rotting away at the top floor. Next to busy roads, can be a problem for light sleeper but we don’t find it a problem.
