• Kelly (8/5): - The flat was very nice and had lots of space. Location was great as it was just a short walk to the train station and to great restaurants. Overall, it was a great place to stay. It was a little challenging to carry luggage up the stairs and the bed was not very comfortable

• Yuki (9/5): Very Spacious and Clean apartment - It was a good location with the Metro/Supermarkets in the walking distance. (I wouldn't say it is VERY close, but about 10 mins walk to everywhere.) It is close to the train line, but the area was not dangerous even at the night time. The apartment was very spacious. I stayed with my sister, and I used the main bedroom while my sister used the separate room which has the Double sized sofa bed - which was very comfortable. The Kitchen/Dining area was very spacious. I met up with the owner as I needed to drop my bags off earlier than the checkin time. She was wonderful to accomdate to our needs, and gave me the good guides aroud the area. (There is the home-made guide book in the apartment with the maps and heaps of the recommedations. ) One thing disappointed us was the dishwasher being out of order, and also there was no microwave. The dishwasher isn't essential, but not having a microwave is a bit hard while on holiday and did not want to cook full meal.

• Alesia (8/5): Very good - – Great location, very close to Milano Centrale – Clean and cozy apartment – Suitable for families: there's an extra room with a sofa – Lovely little balcony (even though the view wasn't the best) – Friendly and helpful host with great restaurant tips – Comfortable stay overall, we felt good there – Took a little time to figure out the self check-in instructions (possibly due to translation) – No clear sign at the entrance, so it wasn’t easy to find right away
• Ioana (8/5): A nice large, bright flat with all amenities needed for a short stay. - The flat is close to the train station and the subway, which suited us great, as we were stopping for one night. We loved the proximity to shops, and really appreciated the host leaving us enough coffee pods for all four of us for the coffee machine! The flat has a couple of small balconies too, giving onto two different sides of the building - perfect for enjoying coffee in the morning! Getting to the flat is just a bit convoluted, we got a bit confused in the interior yard. The host left us step-by-step instructions, but we still got a bit lost.
• Vena (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is very specious and it has everything you need. We arrived late and we used the self-check-in - the instructions we received were very descriptive and we did not have any issue going into the apartment. Very close to Central Station.

• Erica (10/5): Great stay at Loretta’s place! Would highly recommend! - Close to the station, restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops and supermarkets close by also. Well heated, great hot water and Loretta was an excellent host engaging in ongoing communication, lots of recommendations and she left some lovely little treats for us too!!

• Alina (10/5): Great apartments - The apartments are big and comfortable. The location is walking distance from central railway station and also close to public transport. The apartments correspond to the pictures in Booking: everything is new and clean. Besides that, the mattress and pillows were really comfortable The host is very nice and always willing to help
