• Jasmine (4/5): Disappointed, but can’t expect too much, since it was a affordable stay. - The only positives were the easy check-in process and the affordable price. It is a budget option, so to some extent, you get what you pay for — just don’t expect too much. The stay was very disappointing due to the poor room condition and maintenance. Upon entering, the room had a stuffy smell and the floor was dusty. The dressing table chair was extremely dirty, which was quite unpleasant. The TV was not functioning, and the shower head handle was broken. One of the most disturbing issues was that the AC drain pipe from the room above was connected and discharged directly into our shower area. This caused constant water dripping sounds throughout our stay, kept the toilet floor wet, and left visible water stains. The bedsheet also had stains, which raised concerns about cleanliness. The room’s soundproofing was very poor — we could clearly hear people walking in the corridor and the cleaner sweeping outside. For privacy and security, the door viewer did not even have a cover, so we had to block it ourselves using toilet paper. Overall, the cleanliness, maintenance, and room condition were far below expectations and need serious improvement.

When i requested to get another, the reason they give is couldn't acceptable. ( the hotel are fully booked, dont have extra towel) and there is no floor mats too. I really disappointed.

• Syamim (7/5): - The staff and the location is great. Plenty of parking. Room is decent. Enjoyable. Close to a lot of restaurants. Towels had stains and the showerhead holder is not adjustable. You need to take it off the holder and hold it yourself. The door is a bit hard to close, you need to use a bit of force to close it.

• YIP (1/5): - location still ok This hotel was a terrible experience. The hygiene is really bad, the room walls have holes, and the air conditioner is extremely old with almost no airflow. Even the bedsheets were torn. I strongly advise you not to come here. There were many noisy guests, and the soundproofing is so poor that you can even hear the people next door showering. From night all the way until morning, it was constantly noisy and impossible to sleep. If you see this review, please think twice before booking. Don’t be tempted by the cheap price — it’s really not worth it. I hope this helps other travelers avoid the same disappointment I had.

The soundproofing was very bad — even at 11 p.m. the staff at the front desk were talking loudly and it was very noisy. The floor of toilet was dirty, and the sink was leaking. Around 9 a.m., someone was frying fish at corner of corridor, and the smell came into my room. Felt disgusting 🤮

• q (7/5): nice, great location for some good quality food in KL if you do not might the little bit of distance - I like the comfy comforter. I understand cleaning is tiring, appreciate on that. I accidentally found out that on top of the door is very dusty, never clean it before. I was just planning to hang my towel, if i dont have that action, i might not find out.

• Nuraliaa (5/5): Not fun at all and disappointed - I love the staff service and the easy access to the lift, which helps me get to my room easily. Parking was a huge hassle; I circled around 6-7 times and still couldn't find a spot. I ended up parking in front of the 7-Eleven and walking to the hotel. I suggest the hotel management rent 5-6 parking slots from DBKL for hotel guests. Additionally, the air conditioning remote was missing, so I couldn't adjust the temperature and had to turn off the main switch because it was too cold. The TV remote also didn't work, so I couldn't change the channels. The bathroom was dirty with mold on the walls.

• Tan (5/5): - The place is clean only this point is good Counter is rude and poor services, don't have daily cleaning the room, towel also can't change new to customers, just give the reason finish, run a hotel business, didn't standby more towel also can't give extra or change new to next day, shampoo finish also no renew, what kind of business running? Just know and remember collect room payment? But some simple services they won't give to customers
