• Wai Mun Janet (9/5): All in all, our stay in there is wonderful! - We loved how the host decorated the apartment—it truly felt like a home. The kitchen had everything we needed, and all the cups, plates, and utensils were new and in great condition. We cooked breakfast and dinner comfortably. The big sofa made movie nights perfect, and we had fun playing card games at the dining table. The bedrooms were cozy, and we slept wonderfully. One amazing surprise: three washing-and-drying machine sets! Perfect for two families traveling together. The location was also ideal, with Munich, Füssen, and many beautiful attractions reachable in about an hour. The dining table lamps are positioned a bit too low, which made group photos challenging because some faces were always blocked. The frying pan had many scratches and didn’t feel safe for cooking, and the wok spatula was broken. We purchased our own pan and spatula for convenience. It would be helpful if the host could review and refresh the kitchen equipment from time to time.

• Moayad (1/5): - I had a very unpleasant stay with this host. From the beginning, communication was poor and unhelpful. When I arrived, the host showed little concern for my comfort. Basic amenities were missing, and when I raised these issues, the response was dismissive rather than supportive. The worst part was at 12:00 PM, when our luggage was thrown outside the flat while we were walking in the neighborhood. This was completely unacceptable and showed a lack of respect for guests. Overall, I felt unwelcome and stressed throughout my stay. I would strongly advise others to look for a different host who values their guests and provides the service promised.
