Guest Reviews

- Neal (9/5): -
- Connor (1/5): Worst place ever. Will leave you stranded - They let us down. Paid and never gave us the code to enter. Said they would refund and then didnt. Disgraceful
- Naqash (10/5): -
- Mitch (8/5): Good - The location from Wembley stadium is a little out of the way but it was only 1 bus journey to get there.
The owner of the property was very helpful The room hadn't been cleaned when we got there, but the owner was straight onto resurrecting the issue and was all sorted quickly
- Jodie (3/5): Awful - Location was great for transport Day one in our garden room there was rats in the overgrown garden and dirty toilet seat with blood on it. day two someone had been in our room as the door was laid open, day three we came home around 9pm to our room full of people gentlemen told us he was selling the property he didn’t think we were in. When clearing our things to leave we found a kitchen knife under one of the beds. Tried to call the host and went straight to voicemail.

- Sandy (10/5): - La simplicité de l'accueil et l'emplacement par rapport à Wembley. La propreté de la chambre et des communs. Les petits flacons de gel douche fournis. Rien. Tout était parfait
- Tegan (5/5): - The location was good from Wembley stadium. Great communication from owner. The accommodation doesn't look anything like the photos. Its very run down and smells. The paints peeling, theres pictures broken on the walls, the bathroom is awful.

- Guest (7/5): - When we arrived, the Internet TV wasn't working. A staff member stopped by to resolve the problem. Thank you! The following remarks are not criticism so much as warnings to others: Bring along your own dishwashing liquid, soap, and detergent. And make sure to properly close the intermediate door (right after the front door, and before the hallway to the rooms): after unlocking it with your code, you must again place your palm on the lock surface so that the door's lock mechanism is activated when you shut it behind you. Otherwise, the door actually remains unlocked and other can enter.
- Steph (4/5): - It was cheap for London. There was a shared bathroom with used towels and underwear left in it.
The room was only just starting to be cleaned when we arrived at the designated arrival time.
The kitchen had a lot of random food items left out. It felt more like shared student accommodation than a guest house.
- David (8/5): -
- Louisa (1/5): Bad - Honestly nothing to like From pulling up outside there was rubbish all over the drive...we thought we had the wrong place
Our light bulb blew when we got back to the room at night time so couldn't see anything so had to leave the door open for light whilst getting ready for bed.
Front door battery low so had problems getting in and nearly slept in the car
No basics like a bin in the room or handsoap in the bathroom
Noisy all night can hear every creak and hallway light on and off all night
Just a terrible night's stay ...never again!
- Gyöngyi (8/5): Very good - Good location, good public transportation, quiet area, nice kitchen and bathroom. Uncomfortable bed, something wrong with the mattress or the bed.
- Enita (3/5): Poor - Not good at all, the prices were too high for rooms like that!!!
The neighbours on the second floor were toooo loud, we couldn’t sleep at all!
- Declan (1/5): Bad -
- Pete (9/5): Superb -
- Rosaleen (10/5): Exceptional - So warm and cozy. V clean. Good facilities
- Ibrahim (2/5): We could not sleep the second night, the guest in room 3 was cry shouting all night in early morning he knocked our door - Clean Safety and security ,
- Muhammad (1/5): Bad -
- Mahfoud (8/5): Very good -
- John (6/5): Worked for us as a base - Bedroom was small, but warm and quiet with a comfortable bed (a clothes rail but no chairs or drawers - so less chance of leaving stuff behind). We were only using it as a dormitory. There is a full shared kitchen. All door locks are digital so no keys to lose. An email was sent the day before with the details of the codes but I did have to phone as it wasn't clear how to get the keypad to display (Place your palm on the sensor). I also wrote the numbers down on a piece of paper as I didn't want to get back and find my phone battery was dead. But overall a good access method.
The 187 bus stops right outside and is a quick way to get places more central. A pub and several restaurants are within ten minutes' walk. No breakfast provided, though there is a decent café very close.
I paid extra for parking which is on the front concreted area. Bathroom with bath/shower, toilet and basin shared between three rooms was clean but inconvenient on one day, as everyone seemed to get up at the same time and want to use it. On the day we left there were loads of cosmetics in the bathroom so I imagine it would be occupied for quite a while!
Good towels were provided but take your own soap and toiletries. Also milk if you want it in your tea or coffee.
- Narcisse (8/5): Very good -
- Jillian (8/5): It was a very nice stay Saturday with the host being very friendly would book again - The bed was very comfortable The door was a bit hard to get into
- Lyne (8/5): Very good - They have everything I need for a short stay
- Veronica (4/5): Disappointing - There was another visitor who was struggling with substance abuse, and was clearly using, making a lot of noise, knocking on my door, asking if I would want to have some drugs, how he acted was a bit threatening and there was people coming over that wasn’t staying at this place, a lot of yelling and what it sounded like was that a fight happened. Which made me feel unsafe and not knowing his mental state I did not feel safe to call landlord/ police in case he heard the conversation and in wonder of what he would do if he overheard me talking to the landlord/police.
- Donna (8/5): Good value for money - Parking space and coded entry
- Vidushi (8/5): Great place in great price.. - Beautiful apartment with comfortable beds.. neat and clean and an equipped kitchen.. centrally located, easy commute access..garden view though the garden needed maintenance still it was very refreshing. Garden needs maintenance.. it was extremely hot so may be a powerful fan was required.. we had to do all the cleaning.. we stayed over for 7 days and the bedsheets and towels weren't even changed once..
- Lydia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Abigail (5/5): Comfortable room, slightly overpriced. - Very safe, the room and bathroom were clean. Comfortable bed. Good kitchen facilities. Great communication the day before, giving me the room codes. There is a big gap under the bedroom door and the light in the hall would come under the door. The room was next to the bathroom and if someone uses the shower late or early, it is disturbing. I sent a text and a WhatsApp asking about parking with no replies. There were no parking spaces when I arrived and after a call I waited ten minutes for a reply. In the end I found a space myself. Very helpful when they spoke me through accessing the front door.
- Joanna (4/5): Disappointing - Location. Being woken up by banging doors and people using shower at 0500 in morning.
.
- Tracey (10/5): Place was great spacious and clean with good facilities - Property although nothing to look at outside was great
Family if 6 in 3 rooms
2 led out if patio onto garden
Spotless and spacious as had kitchen with all facilities
Iron hairdryers fridge kettle and microwave and cooker Upon arrival looking at outside not at all inviting
- Cynthia (9/5): Superb -
- Faezeh (10/5): Exceptional - It was good area
Good connection with the city
Good and reliable service The room was too small for a couple of people
- Daniel (1/5): Used condom with crusty semen in room destroyed our family break. - Given that a used condom was the first thing we saw when we entered the room, the cleanliness of the facilities was compromised from the start. My ten-year-old daughter freaked out when she nearly touched the condom by accident, and as a result we had doubts about the cleanliness of everything, particularly the beds. It's hard to believe that hygiene and sanitation are a priority if a used condom is left dangling right there in front of the door to the room. As a result, we did not have a chance to see anything that we liked. The first thing we saw on entry to the room was a used condom with brown crusty semen inside. The property owners knew that we were travelling with a child, our ten-year-old daughter. The condom was hanging on a radiator under a window. My daughter went straight to the window to look outside and placed her hand right next to the used condom. She freaked out -- and this happened at almost 10.00pm, when she was ready to sleep -- because, honestly, a used condom with fluid inside it is a sexual affront to a ten-year-old girl. It's grotesque and upsetting. She could not sleep there. Neither could we. Obviously the hygiene of the room was compromised -- it clearly hadn't been checked, if a condom was dangling there upon entry. At minimum, the room would have to be cleaned all over again to be an adequate standard, but this was clearly not going to happen at 10.00pm and Booking.com could not get in touch with the property managers.
Consequently, my daughter had to go sleep in our car on the street while I tried to contact Booking.com -- and was then left to search for other accommodation when Booking.com did not assist us. In fact, Booking.com said we would have to wait until the morning, when they would try to "negotiate a refund" with the property owner. This was the beginning of an ordeal that is now in its fifth day, as I attempt to get the money refunded for a room that was clearly hygienically unacceptable and not sanitised to the standard advertised -- or to a standard that would comply with regulations. If you are considering staying in this property, I would recommend that you avoid it at all costs.
- Martha (9/5): It was a great place. Thank you. - It was well equipped and above all very clean, comfortable and peaceful. Thank you very much!!! The kitchen didn’t have a frying pan or a skillet.
- Rageshree (8/5): Stay was good - NA There was only one toilet within 8 people
- Sivashankari (5/5): Was good - The comfort of bed Facilities especially the washroom . Would have been better if they provided toiletries
- Grace (10/5): We had an awesome time away and the accommodation added to this as was clean tidy and very welcoming. - Was very welcome and facilitated a great few days away right down to the small parts such as coffee pods and biscuits in our room Nothing it was perfect
- Olinsky (10/5): Exceptional - Great spacious family room central Nothing
- Jayne (9/5): Superb -
- Rachael (9/5): Great made the trip easy - Great location fabulous interior couldn’t ask for more to be honest and parking outside which Is a bonus One toilet
- Omar (10/5): Amazing stay, highly suggest - Size of room is perfect and can fit 3 people, lots of space around the beds to put luggage and belongings. Need back garden door open to keep room chill
