- coe (7/5): its ok. - pool and the beach The facilities in the property weren't very modern, for instance broken sofa bed.
- Clark (3/5): Great resort, but not a great apartment at all. Over priced for what it is - The facility is great, and perfect for families. We love the resort and have stayed at the resort before. but the apartment we booked through here was not the best. It doesn’t seem cared for and needs attention. The report is great. The apartment was not good. Much of the surfaces in the apartment were not clean. There were fake plants in the apartment that were covered completely in dust. The mats in the kitchen were very dirty. Some of the carpet near the kitchen is worn and the small nails stick through. We booked for 2 children and had no proper bedding for them. The bedding that was there was a stained doona. One of the pull out beds is broken. There was rubbish under the coffee table. It feels like the whole place needs a deep clean. There is something loose on the roof and rattles all night if any minimal wind.

Horrible sofa beds - one broken, the other terribly uncomfortable (had to sleep with mattresses on top of each other on the floor). Food crumbs under cushions on top of the beds. No cover for the spare comforter.
- Jodie (7/5): location convenient , however cleanliness could have been better. - easy to get too disappointing that the bedding didn’t match our reservation of 3 people. it would have been much nicer if the spare bed had been made (eg sofa bed). the dishes weren’t clean and there was hair in the shower.

- Suzanne (9/5): Superb - The inside and outside pools were fantastic. Great spa and games room. Comfortable apartment A little noisy the first 2 nights made it hard to sleep, unsure exactly where the noise was coming from it sounded above us. The loading bay below us was also noisy at times.
- Curriep (1/5): Bad - Didn't stay as not suitable tried to getrefund successful. Never book on line again . Contacted surf coast rentals they wouldn't even meet half way with a credit. Apartment not suitable for three adults two being elderly and a disabled adult.
- Rhys (7/5): Great resort, iffy room - Parking is great resort facilities are great big balcony Bed was comfy Shower was big TV pretty much was unusable, terrible signal and Chromecast did not work. (had to use a laptop with Netflix during our stay). Not a fan on the convection oven. Resort phone to contact reception etc did not work. Bathroom tap spurts water everywhere Brown stains on one of the supplied towels Bed didn't have a proper douvet cover

- Antonia (6/5): Lovely weekend getaway, few negative points but didn’t deter from the overall lovely stay! - The resort & location are great. The room/apartment was very spacious! Across the street from the beach, pool & spa is amazing -great for kids & adults alike. Property was very dusty (coffee table, tv unit, outdoor table etc), dirty dishes in dishwasher, no dishwasher powder, tea towel, only one little tube of shower gel (apartment was booked for 4 people). The dishwasher powder & tea towel was brought to room the next day once made aware of missing items. The resort cafe bar is very hit & miss -guy in charge on the Saturday didn’t know how to make an iced chocolate.
