- Pat (6/5): Apartment is good but the host should learn how to treat guests - The location is great, there’s plenty of room for 5 people There is no sign or name on a bell to indicate a bnb.I had arranged to arrive between two and four pm but when I arrived there was no one to meet me and no information about getting the keys When I eventually got in the apartment had not been cleaned but was made ready later My booking was for two people and two bedrooms but only one bed was made and I had trouble getting the other room made ready because the host didn’t answer my email or text No bedside lights, no toilet paper,no instructions for how to get rid of the garbage no bin bags,no tourist information or maps and it was when I had arrived back in my own country that the host texted me asking for the tourist tax
- Olaia (7/5): Estancia agradable - El alojamiento es amplio, y tiene mucha luz. Está bien ubicado al lado de la estación de metro Museo y al lado de un supermercado, si bien para llegar al apartamento hay que subir una cuesta bastante pronunciada. Las sábanas y las toallas estaban muy limpias. Una de las habitaciones tiene aire acondicionado y el salón-comedor también. Los vecinos muy amables. Los dueños muy atentos en todo momento. Las escaleras para acceder al piso son bastante pronunciadas, no las veo aptas para una persona mayor. En las dos habitaciones sin aire acondicionado, con la ola de calor que ha habido, no se podía dormir bien. El apartamento no está acomodado para una estancia de más de 4 días, no tiene lavadora y los utensilios de cocina son muy limitados (por decir que solo tenían un cuchillo que no cortaba mucho). No nos dejaron ni un rollo de papel higiénico, quiero pensar que se olvidaron.
