• Mark (10/5): Fantastic place where we would stay again. - Superb location. Building facilities / amenities are great. The place had all that we needed, and def all that was promised. Sofa bed, being a foldaway, was less than optimal. We made it work, and it was as advertised. The place would better suit groups that could get away without needing it.

We felt safe and comfortable as a couple of senior ladies on an Old Girls Trip. We are hoping to return next year and stay at the property Nothing

• Bek (8/5): Great location and communication! - Location is excellent, so close to Southern Cross station and the Skybus. Amazing views across Melbourne and the apartment is quite new and modern. Amazing communication from Shirley and she was very flexible with early check in request. Keys were picked up from an office down the street - unfortunately they also store luggage so we had to queue for quite some time to be able to get our keys as lots of people were picking up their luggage at the same time. Don't think it would be an issue most days but on a Sunday afternoon we were queued down the street. If you aren't spending a lot of time in the apartment like us it worked well but otherwise spacewise it's a bit cramped for 3 or 4 people. The lounge area is a bit squishy for multiple people and sharing the bathroom got a bit tiresome juggling between all of us.

• Anonymous (9/5): Great location. Clean and excellent views. - Clean great location and very nice view. Easy to find Ok. To pick up the key away from the building is weird. To then liaise with a bnb concierge and the actual building concierge where the apartment was located was a little different too. We had to scan the card to access the pool and facilities through the building concierge. Maybe it should be added so that takes out that confusion. Second bed was hard as a rock. Kids had to accept it. The windows made a whistling noise when the winds came up. So light sleepers would struggle there.
• Kristen (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing property, location was in the heart of Melbourne! Shirley had everything, we were happy with our stay. Family of 5, kids 3 under 6 and we were all comfortable. Pool was great heated indoor area, was abit cold for me but my kids didn't want to leave.

Not sure about shared amenities. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee, sugar etc. Who knows who has used them before you.
