• Renu (1/5): It was okay not as expected - We were not treated nicely while contacted for check in, floor not hoovered, bathroom was messy. Floor was dirty, not hoovered and mopped.
• Saifuddin (6/5): Good location. - good location near to train station and supermarket We booked apartment for 5 adults but apartment had 2 double beds and one sofa which is not a sofa bed. The apartment should clearly state this in the booking site. Apartment wasn't thoroughly cleaned before we checked in.
• Tiago (4/5): Well located but... - What we enjoyed more was the location. It was just five min walk from the train station. It is located in a neighborhood with several supermarkets and other services. The beds in the bedrooms were comfortable and the communication with the hosts was ok based on phone app. The apartment was not prepared for our group (2 adults and 3 children aged 16, 13 and 10). There were 2 couple beds and a sofa that we thought it was a sofa-bed...but it wasn't (we booked the apartment for the exact number of guests - 5)! Even the 10 yo wouldn't fit there! Furthermore, there weren't enough linen to make the bed in the sofa nor an extra pillow nor and extra blanket! So the 5th member of our group didn't have the most pleasant sleep. In the kitchen, there weren't enough cutlery or glassware. We complaint regarding the cutlery (only 2 forks) and the hosts delivered it (on the 2nd day). We also complaint regarding the extra blanket, but that wasn't delivered. The apartment was just superficially clean. There was dirt behind the laundry room door and below the sofa.
• Chakshu (4/5): I have never seen such a dirty couch in my - Location Dirty couch it had stains as if somebody has urinated on the couch. It was horrible. Disgusting.
• Vinoth (9/5): Nice and closer - Apartment is very close to the train/ tram station. ALDI/Coop are walkable distances . Very easy check in and check out. The person who supported for any questions or help. After informing house keeper , he arranged one fan next day. We went in July( two days was very hot ) but apartments didn't have a fan or cooling system so we had to open the windows so the train and trams noise was very loud.

• Sayaka (9/5): Superb - Very close to train station. Easy security to use. Cook space was large and enough tools to use. Speedy response, felt satisfied. Space was large, two bedrooms to use was very good. There are dryer, washing machine , for us, it was really helpful! It was my first time to visit Europe, and I visited several countries this time. Overall, this accomodation space was the best of all spaces I stayed this time. I didn't find out microwave there, but if there was microwave, would be better for me.
