Thankyou for everything xx The only thing if I was to say we didnt like was the pillows they are very good quality but a bit big on your neck but that would literally be it thankyou
Margarita (10/5): - Super Lage Sehr freundliches Personal Sollte ein Problem auftauchen ist das Team innerhalb von paar Stunden bei Ihnen und hilft Ihnen sofort Es könnte etwas laut werden Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern würde ich es nicht empfehlen aber für Freundes Gruppen ist es perfekt Aber ansonsten hat uns alles gefallen wir waren sehr zufrieden ☺️
Malestein (8/5): Prima - Mooie villa perfecte ruimte en fijn overal was het in het huis lekker gekoeld en mooi dak terras Jammer dat de tafel buiten erg jn stabiel was. Ook jammer dat je 3 buren hebt waar je nogal snachts last van kunt hebben. En omdat de schutting laag zijn kunnen buren ook hun afval in je tuin/zwembad gooien dat is wel jammer

Chirill (6/5): It's normal place for this money. - Good location, Nice terrace, A lot of space for company, Price, Comfort beds and furniture. Noisy level, Bad WiFi, There wasn't a barbecue grill, Water in pool was with a strange flavour, The host didn't helped us with our favours.
Natalie (3/5): Do not book Nissini No.5 - Far too exposed!! - We have stayed in Nissini Villas before but with Villas 2 Let and had no problems. This time we booked with La Mer Homes. The Villa complex itself is in a really good location, walking distance to both Ayia Napa strip and Nissi Beach. The Villas are clean, with 2 bathrooms and a decent enough shower. - All Villas in the complex are the same. What we didn’t realise is that Nissini No.5 is not actually in the main complex and is actually on the junction of a pretty busy road. The fences surrounding the property are low so you can see straight in the Villa from both directions. On our 3rd day we returned from the beach to find that one of the sun loungers next to the kitchen window had been broken, the metal had completely sheared off and it appeared to have been trodden on. We reported this to La Mer Homes but didn’t think too much of it. 2 days later we returned after an evening out to find the kitchen window at the property wide open. It didn’t take long to realise that someone had been in the property and around €2000 of cash, jewellery and other items was missing. On closer inspection someone had stood on the sun lounger outside (evidenced by a wet footprint), then the pillar light then entered the window. I called the La Mer Homes emergency number to be told there was nothing that they could do and to call the Police. After the Police had left I called the La Mer emergency number back as the Detectives had been unable to secure the window. I was advised by the woman on the phone that it was very late, she was very tired as she had been awake since my previous call 2 hours earlier and that she had work tomorrow. I informed her that we were also very tired but that we were paying to be in this property and would not be able to sleep all the time it was insecure. I was told that someone would come out and secure it 5 and a half hours later after 10:00 and the reason for this was that there would be no shops open to get the parts and she could not call and wake her manager up. After a lot of back and forth, the lady eventually advised she would try and call the maintenance man and that she would call me back. She then hung up the phone without any niceties. I didn’t think for one second that I would get a call back but I did get a message advising the maintenance man was on his way.
Zoe (7/5): Good holiday with friends - Clean, close to shops, ideal for groups lovely place only downfall was issues with pool but would still recommend Had to keep filing up the pool, pool man said pool needed fixing completely. No outdoor light was pool light and one outside porch.
Adrian (9/5): Nice Villa! Pleasant stay! - Very nice Villa, in the very good location, lots of bars, restaurants and shops around. Walking distance to the most beautiful Nissi Beach. Villa is equipped with everything that is needed during the stay. Very nice pool, we enjoyed a lot! Excellent contact with the owners! Windows are not much sound proof and sometimes can be very loud during night when cars or motorbikes are passing through especially in the bedroom downstairs.

We had a couple of minor issues come up, which were immediately addressed and resolved by the outstanding customer service. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Some of the furniture was in very poor shape.

Marios (7/5): Very good but.. - Overall a very good experience but for the money I would expect a bit more in general. The house was very clean, had everything we needed. The host was very helpful and kind, when we had several questions about the property. So, the wifi was very weak. So weak that had to rely on my mobile data for the days spent there. You don't really have privacy, since the fences that separate the neighboring houses are very low. The furnitures on the roof garden were very uncomfortable, couldn't use it for more than half an hour. Overall with some small fixes, this can go from a 7 to a 10.
