• Juan Rivarola (3/5): No lo recomiendo - La ubicación Estaba todo sucio tanto en el cuarto como en las áreas comunes y el baño era desagradable de lo sucio. Pedí que lo limpien y me quisieron cobrar un extra.
• Santhoshkumar (8/5): - Cleanliness inside room, kitchen, price were good. Everything inside room was good. But the hotel was stinking outside room, thoughout the building.
• Flavia Beatrice (7/5): Appartamento sempre bello 😄 - La posizione dell'appartamento è fantastica, Edgware Road è una via commerciale, vivace, che porta direttamente verso il centro, fino a Marble Arch, Oxford Street e via dicendo. Se vi piace camminare è bello percorrerla tutta. Il Flat 7 affaccia sul retro della palazzina; le camere da letto molto belle, ma ancora più spettacolare a mio parere la cucina, dotata di tutti i comfort. Sconsiglio il soggiorno in questo appartamento durante l'inverno: siamo stati dal 12 al 16 febbraio, e abbiamo inizialmente patito il freddo in bagno e in cucina (in bagno è presente uno scaldasalvietta ma non funziona per niente). Abbiamo comunicato il disagio e ci hanno fornito un termo ventilatore per cercare di scaldare l'ambiente come meglio potevamo. A parte questo inconveniente, questo appartamento è sempre bello e accogliente, è la seconda volta che veniamo.
• Sieger (2/5): dissapointing stay with good beds - Location is super, ccentral to all hotspots Most probably have not read small letter is advertisement, but not a fact! Appartment is shared with others!! Fot the amount of money, EUR300,- 2 nights you stay hostel a like. If you are aware of this you will not have any issues, if not, you will be negatively suprised. Out side appartment during the night very noisy, be carefull!!

• Charles (1/5): Never stayed - Nothing Room reeked of marijuana, front door lock was broken, and there were intimidating guests. The girls never stayed there out of fear. The management has been uncooperative.

• Flavia Beatrice (10/5): Meraviglioso! - Edgware Road è punto strategico per spostarsi per tutta la città. La camera bellissima, la cucina piena di ogni confort e grande, bagno molto bello! .

• Murielle (5/5): appartement bien situé et bien équipé mais très bruyant et mal entretenu - appartement rénové , bien équipé, très proche métro restaurant et épicerie à proximité pas très propre, mauvaise odeur,tapis de sol salle de bain et torchons très sales baie dans une des chambres mal montée et ne se fermait pas totalement beaucoup de bruit dont mouettes +++( poubelles et poissonnerie sous appartement)

Very noisy door banging all night, people coming in and out of kitchen opposite room. My kid and I barely slept. Hall outside room dark with lights flicking.

• Marie (7/5): Acceptable and very practical place to use as a base. - Good size room and comfortable bed. Functional furniture. .Great kitchen. WiFi. Good transport links. Local supermarkets and eateries on your doorstep. Shared bathroom and kitchen which was fine. No air conditioning which only mattered because it was uncharacteristically hot in London. This is definitely a base for a work or tourist trip. It’s not a place to hangout. Open the window and it was noisy particularly early in the morning when vans delivering to the Tesco Express at the back. Bathroom was smelly and the shower attachment needed to be repaired. Clogged plug socket full of hair and slime.
• Nicola (1/5): It was disgustingly dirty, unsafe and not up to even a basic standard!!! - The location was good for traveling to tourist attractions. The bathroom - disgusting and dangerous (photos attached) no toilet roll!!!! Tiny bit of hand wash and nothing to dry hands. Photos online do not show true condition. Fuse box - cover on the ground, exposing live wires Hallway - dirty and needs a freshen up Room - various marks, holes on walls. Floor not clean. Unsafe sockets and painted over. Window full of dust. Bedding marked/stained. Table marked/burnt. 2 towels for 2 nights, not changed.

• Enguerran (1/5): BAD DECISION ! - NO GO ! - Impossible to sleep, with a bad bed - Impossible to sleep because you'll hear everything in the street (food market with people opening containers day and night) - Impossible to sleep because the second room in the flat that you will share with strangers is not well isolated and you will hear every single conversation inside and or TV. (By the way the other room can watch you in your room, quite uncomfortable) Finally, very strange to see maid coming in and out during the stay, hard to feel at ease. What a waste of money !

• Julian (10/5): Warm comfortable apartment in great location near Paddington station - Great location, near to Paddington station, Little Venice, with easy access to central London and Heathrow. Very interesting area in immediate vicinity of the apartment. Warm, clean, bed very comfortable. Very well equipped kitchen. Excellent choice for family group needing two rooms. Good value for money, and appreciated flexibility for accommodating changing plans. Not a dislike, but note that if a lot of luggage, upper floor apartments accessed by stairs

Would defo stay again! The shower/bathroom could have been slightly cleaner but apart from that it was brilliant!
