• Sacha (7/5): Great stay in a good location second bed is more a camp bed but still comfortable and hosts are fab - Great that Netflix was available it’s easy accessible the hosts were on hand straight away The second room is literally extremely small and is only the bed inside
• Amit (9/5): Perfect apartment , great hosts and good value for money - Excellent and well maintained home with all the first essentials like coffee pods, cleaning equipment , condiments and cookies Everything was good , just that the 2nd room is quite small for 2 people
• Mairi (8/5): Lovely, clean and comfortable apartment in a fantastic area - The flat was excellent, very comfortable and well equipped. The location was outstanding, close to a vibrant street market and public transport. Our only small niggle was not having access to extra bedding.
• Ignazio (9/5): Arte stays and you feel almost home - The overall quality is high comparing UK standard we have used in the past. Perfect for family or group that would like to visit London and have also good time together. Quite place and nice neighbors. Finally, the owners were so kind and supportive that let us feel home. The second room was a bit smaller when the bed was down and we didn’t have to much space for clothes , maybe the cupboard in the bigger room should be improved to keep more clothes and add the holder for a trolley.
• Anthony (8/5): Great flat in Dalston - Great location 5 mins from train station and easy to locate. Well-equipped flat with everything we needed for our weekend stay. It's clean and comfortable the 2nd bedroom is a little compact but perfect for 1 person. Shops and restaurants on the dootstep We would def stay again Nothing
• Mark (3/5): NO HEATING. NO HOT WATER - Location We had NO HOT WATER or HEATING on our first night and until 6pm the following day. We had travelled from Australia and were cold and exhausted. The management fixed the problem late the next day. We asked for our first night to be refunded. This was refused. We paid roughly 200GBP per night. Eventually we were offered 75GBP. This was NEVER paid. Booking.Com were USELESS and did NOTHING to help us. Despite it being illegal to rent a room without hot water or heating Booking just ignored my complaints. We have not been compensated nor helped. I WOULD NOT stay here. Nor wish to use Booking.com now that I know they will not help you!
• Anita (10/5): Central location and property very clean. - Nice and spacious. Great parking available outside. The host was amazing and my questions answered thoroughly and speedily. Nothing to dislike.
• Brandon (9/5): It was a great stay for me and my friends and Would definitely book this place again! - I loved the kitchen and the main bedroom as it was comfy and large. There wasn’t anything in particular I didn’t like expect maybe the second bedroom could feel more like a bedroom.
• Frey (10/5): Exceptional - Location is great for public transport, groceries and Ridley Market. The flat is artfully decorated and well appointed. The bedroom, bathroom and living space are all comfortable and lovely. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. Grateful for the space for 5 adults to stay comfortably. The Murphy bed is a creative use of space but does fill the hallway from wall-to-wall as shown in the photo. The mattress is not very supportive, as expected for a pull-down bed. The Garden is not adjacent to the apartment but is down a flight of stairs and about a 50 ft walk along a fenced walkway. Because of rain, we sadly weren't able to enjoy it.
