• Paul (6/5): OK - We left the premises about 08:30am on Monday 11 May 2026. We emptied the bins (very little waste) into the recycling bins at the rear and they were full of empty beer bottles and cartons. I don't think that the bins have been put out in a while as they stank of garbage placed in the wrong bin. The grass needs mowing, hose tidied up and yards weeded. No showergel or soap. • Martine (7/5): Had a lovely time, but was very noisy, and for the cost expected more. - The place was beautifully decorated. The bed was very comfortable. Liked being near the beach. The place was a little tired! Especially the shower. The noise of traffic, people, scooters, trucks and fire engines was a little less than peaceful. I felt that the place was set up for the owners, rather than as a luxury place for guests. Seeing food stuffs and big bottles of shampoo etc., was more for the owners. Was expecting there to be shampoo, soap etc., as well as tea and coffee facilities available, like a hotel. Thought it was a bit rich to have to bring our own.

• Natalie (6/5): Nice 3 bedroom property in an amazing location - Location was amazing, right across the road from the beach, ocean views from the couch. Two of the three air-conditioner units didn't work, TV was hard to use (remote on the way out). Could have had better window coverings (not black out and people outside could see in the sides if they tried).
• Peter (8/5): Very good - Close to beach, cafe, restaurant No beach towels considering beach across road, shower leaks water over floor tiles, could do with cloths line, rodent below kitchen sink leaving excrement, stove top dated slow in heating. TV connection loose,had to clean inside of kettle, kettle and toaster blow fuse if used at same time.

• Cullingworth (6/5): Great place to stay however the additional charges left a bit of a bad taste on departure. - Location was superb and within walking distance of the main beach at Quinns. Property was well laid out and spacious with amazing views of the ocean. Beds were comfortable and good facilities in terms of dishwasher/washing machine etc. Kitchen utensils were old and damaged which made cooking a challenge. The hosts need to replace the frying pans and kitchen equipment as most of it has seen better days. If you are looking for an early check-in/late departure be prepared to be charged for this by the managing agents. The cleaning fee on departure also seems a bit high (I was told this was to send the linen to a commercial cleaner and for someone to sweep the floors!) I was surprised by this additional charge as most rental properties include this in the rental price and not as an extra.

• Katrina (10/5): Fantastic location, away from shops but benefitting from local cafe - Loved the location and a bonus being opposite the cafe. Quaint and the hosts/organising team were great
• Pia (10/5): Seaside gem - Great location, well set up. It's old but done beautifully with everything you need. Café next door and close to lots of amenities. The beach over the road is stunning and quite protected. There was a mix up at the beginning but honestly it was handled so amazingly well, with such professionalism and haste that it wasn't an issue at all.
• Heyleigh (9/5): Superb - Great location, clean and presentable and good communication with hosts.
