- Ali (3/5): Very bad experience - I only liked the location. Everything else was total rubbish. I stayed from 18 to 21 May 2025 in Room A23. The sofa was burned, probably from a cigarette, and when I entered the room, there was almost half an inch of dust everywhere — disgusting 🤮. The most shocking part? No one was available to help. I tried calling the so-called manager at +966 55 992 7603, and he acted like I was his servant — shouting and being completely disrespectful. And guess what? For the whole week after checkout, I kept trying to contact him about the payment slip — no reply at all. Totally ignoring me. This place is a joke when it comes to service I only liked the location.
