- Belinda Winter (10/5): Next time I'm in Phillip Island, this will be my first booking. - The neighbourhood was exceptional. Thick tree lined streets and very green. Corner store was a 30 second walk away and the shower was phenomenal. Having Cowes main street with restaurants only a couple of minutes car drive away. Sitting on the front deck was a good way to finish off day. Nothing, it was perfect for what we needed.

They don’t mentioned that you have to pay to use bedsheet, pillows covers, and even bath matt. If you do this, pay for this, if you do this then pay for then and the list goes on and on.
All these conditions should have mentioned before the booking/ or it should have been advertised with these conditions.
I didn’t book my holidays to clean your property which was not clean anyways.
Booking.com also does not have any clear way/procedure to complain about this.
In comment they mentioned they will take $250 deposit in cash but while checkin you receive email saying they need your creditcard before checkin. How do we trust if the information will be secured?? If you need card details you also need to mention in policies so we can make decision before booking.
I couldn’t even cancel the booking as they book this as non refundable.
