Carmel (7/5): My family had a pleasant short stay, thanks to a comfortable tidy 3-star apartment. - 20 min walk to Broadbeach groceries and restaurants. 20min to Pacific Fair Plaza.10min walk to beach. Apartment 11 had extra thought in place, with ice readily available upon arrival, salt pepper and oil was great for our short stay and place was neat and tidy. $150 Cleaning fee is steep. I vacuumed in/behind couches and under beds upon arrival. I washed bed linen, on beds (not sheets) and extra stored in WIR. Showers are in need of extra attention. I cleaned all dishes upon departure as requested. Apartment was left in better maintenance than arrival. May l ask what the cleaning fee for??? Surely not just for a linen launder.

Violet (4/5): For the price we paid for our accommodation it was below average. - Location and facilities. The foul odour that came up through the drainage in the laundry and both bathrooms. Not being able to access our accomodation for the first three days as the key cards weren’t working and the hassle of trying to contact the correct person to fix the problem. Really put a damper on our stay.
Laura (10/5): A fabulous little home away from home. Fantastic ammenities and an amazing location - The location is fabulous. Close to the beach, a short walk to the main shops but a few small convenience shops even closer. Lots to see and do in the area and a great central location to access attractions all over the Gold Coast. The ammenities within the Diamond Beach are fantastic, particularly for kids. We spent many hours at the pool and playground. The rollers on the sliding door might need to be repaired/replaced... but that was the only very minor issue.
Meg (8/5): Would stay here again, great for the kids and family! - Great atmosphere for our family here. Having to communicate through the app, makes it hard. Also we had someone else park in our carpark and couldn’t use it for two days.
