• ngaire (3/5): We did not stay - We were told that we would get a text at 1 pm with the code and the location of the lock box this never happened Could not find the linen for the bed Sofa which we pulled out and it fell apart and there was rubbish under it. Found a basket of laundry on top of wardrobe but it was wet. Linen on bed all crumpled. Large ants running around we found some fly spray and sprayed them. The owner did not respond to our phone calls messages left on answer phone finally heard from the owners partner just as it was doing on dark. To late we had moved on.

• Carlinda (9/5): Great for us. - Great location for my event. Had everything we needed for our short stay. We’re old. We watch free to air tv. Digital reception not great. In saying that wasn’t a big deal as busy doing stuff anyway.

• Birgit (8/5): Near aiport - good for a short stay - Small apartment in a good location in walking distance to West Beach and a short drive to the airport. The apartment looks a bit messy as there is no storage for iron board, washing basket, vacuum cleaner etc. Apartment faces the street which is a main street, so it is a bit noisy but okay at night. Parking is on the street. Not much space to place toiletry in the bathroom. The tray for provided shower gel & shampoo was broken and placed on the towel holder and there are no other hooks for towels.
• Bronte (4/5): Pleasant enough but definitely not the level of amenity or luxury the ad promises. Very overpriced. - Soft cotton sheets. Good TV. Good fridge. Close to the beach. Good kettle and toaster. Lots of misinformation in the Booking.com description: - Not located in Henley Beach but West Beach - No sea views at all - Basic amenities at best: Not at all luxurious 1. Bathroom needs repairs and attention: Extension chord wrapped around taps and sink is far too dangerous. Instead, needs a power board to plug in both washer & dryer PLUS guests' shaver and hairdryer Needs hooks for hanging wet towels Needs shelving for guests' personal items (makeup, et al) Needs a hanging shelf inside the shower for guests' personal items (shampoos et al) Rubber sealant strip needs to be properly glued in place to prevent flooding Needs bathmat/s 2. Kitchen Microwave only semi-functional No decent frypan - only very old (poisonous) teflon that was flaking Very blunt knives and no sharpener Inadequate cooking utensils - no baking pan or tray, no alfoil Inadequate crockery - no decent bowls or salad/mixing bowl No teatowels No replacement bin liner(s) Insufficient dishwashing liquid and cleaning tools
• Andres (10/5): Exceptional - Location was great one block up from the beach and a great walking track to Henley Beach or even Glenelg for amazing food options. Enjoyed running on that track as the views are amazing. Very close drive from the airport. Super helpful host!

• Gerrit (10/5): Exceptional - It's a really nice location. It is clean and everything is in what you need. It's just 300m away from the beautiful beach.
