• Eliza (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was in a great location with parking spaces available in front of the house. There was also a Lidl grocery store nearby. Communication with the owner was very quick and friendly – she resolved all our issues and answered our questions. We had a well-functioning internet connection and access to Netflix. We are very satisfied with both the stay and the apartment.

• Haswanth (9/5): Superb - Cozy and good… its on the ground floor - no need to carry luggage by stairs … huge people don’t fit in the showerroom though … overall it was good.
• Ioan (10/5): A nice and cozy place for a family - The apartament was very nice and cozy, we had everything we needed for our holiday. It is very easy and fast to get to the city center by tram. The neighborhood was calm and peaceful. I enjoyed my stay here and I reccomend it for those who want a comfortable and quiet place for a successful holiday Nothing. Everything was perfect for us

• Lucie (4/5): This bed never again. Price / performance terrible!! - Nice location, near by city center. The accommodation is advertised for 4 people, but I really don't recommend it. On the lower floor, instead of a bed, there is an old, crooked couch that you really can't sleep on. Everything is pressing, it hurts, the tubes are peeking out. Mattress about 3 cm high. Truly the worst bed I've ever slept on, and I've traveled the world. I wrote a message to the owner, totally uninterested.

• Daniel (10/5): Exceptional - Really nice apartment for two. Tram stration is 2 minutes, in Duomo you are in +- 20 minutes. Apartment was clean and cozy. A would definitely reccomend this one for anybody who is looking for some great quality price ratio.

• Вікторія (10/5): Very satisfied with this stay. - Very nice host! We had coffee and pastries, after long road its such a pleasure. Clean and cozy, especially in bedroom. Comfortable with big luggage, you don’t need to use stairs. I our case a little bit far from center.
• Mihahak (5/5): Quest - Good apartment it was clean and tidy. Starting with the key and greeting it was some kind of quest. After 3 hrs driving from the Alps in traffic jams I had to search for the key in a strange box locked with a keychain to a bike on the street. When I called the owner to tell me where the key is she told me you have to watch a Video first, that I have sent to you in WhatsApp. Then you have to go find it. I had a lot of luggage, small kids and grand mother in a car that was stopped not quite correctly on the very busy boulevard, but instead I had to play a quest for the key. I found this a bad joke! There was no heat or hot water and when we tried to heat croissant in the oven the whole electricity switched off and there was no way to switch it back on....

A nice compact apartment with everything you needed. U fortunately heating and hot water was turned off due to off-peak season so we didn’t have any heating or hot water for the first night. I’m Jan it was a bit fresh.

• Atieh (6/5): Pleasant - The host was a really nice and helpful lady, she was available to respond to our questions and phone calls all the time helped us find the keys, and let us check in earlier. Actually, the property was located 9 stops from the Duomo not 8! The bathroom and WC were so small and not convenient at all. Shampoo and shower gel were provided as small one-time disposal packages which were not enough to wash yourself and not easy to open under the shower at all!! The coffee machine was not cleaned beforehand and was full of used coffee capsules and the dishes were also left not clean. The floor was also very dusty and not clean. There was also no closet where you could hang your dresses! All of our dresses remained in our luggage during our trip. If you are traveling as a family be careful about the steps as well!! The steps are not safe for the babies at all. All in all the facilities are fine but the property management should upgrade the cleaning team.
