• Guest (8/5): Very easy staying - The location. The fact that it had two bathrooms. Large seating room you can happily spend time . Comfortable kitchen. Nice washing machine both for dishes and clothes and fridge. Easy access to transportation with connection to center and trai station and proximity to shops. Air con comfortable Would be good to renew the Kitchen utensils. It would be helpful to have a floor cleaning liquid. Bathroom needs a bit more care nothing too bad but some details need care. A fresh wall painting and curtines washing would make it look even better. Note that in the summer there are mosquitos in Milan. You would need mosquito repelling.
• Viktorija (2/5): Отвратительно грязно. - Хорошее расположение апартаментов. Близко и к центральному вокзалу и к центру Милана, но, если передвигаться на наземном транспорте, метро далековато. Ремонт хороший и современный. Кровати удобные. Ужасно грязно!!! На кухонном гарнитуре везде были желтые, липкие пятна. Зеркала и стеклянные поверхности не почищены. Везде стены в полосах и пятнах. Пол не помыт- на нём были и пятна и, походив в белых носках 30 минут, они стали черные как никогда. Грязная посуда и её не хватало на 4 человека- не было банально ни 4 одинаковых кружки, ни 4 одинаковых тарелки. Так же владельцы не позаботились о комфортном проживании гостей и в апартаментах нет никаких продуктов (по типу соли, масла для жарки), только то, что осталось от предыдущих жильцов. В ванной комнате плесень на кафеле и плесень в лейке душа, забиты сливы. Заехав и увидев такую грязь, связались с поддержкой и попросили, чтобы нас ещё раз провели полную уборку. Они попросили прислать фотографии, подтверждающие, что в апартаментах грязно. Прислав, пару фотографий, сказали что в этот день придет клининг. Вернувшись в апартаменты, обнаружили, что убрали только те моменты, фотографии которых мы прислали. На следующий день просили ещё раз прийти, так же сделали только те моменты, на которые мы конкретно указали. В общем в апартаментах осталось очень-очень грязно.

• Eman (9/5): Pleasent stay - The location is very good , tram station in front of the apartment, it was very clean and all the facilities were there. The air conditioner was very weak
• Julia (9/5): Overall a great stay. Thank you Marco! - Location is good, rooms are specious, high ceilings, all in good condition. The host is responsive and trustworthy. There is a conditioner, but it’s impossible to regulate it, so apartments stay quite hot. Some ventilators would help a lot.

• Lina (10/5): Great apartment, nice value for money, great host - I had a pleasant stay. The apartment was nice, it had everything one might need for a 1 week stay. The host was great. Not only did they assist me throughout my stay, but they also helped me find another place for an unplanned extended duration. Great value for money, close to the city center and the train station.
• Alexandros (10/5): Budget friendly, modern apartment - Modern apartment, relatively close to 2 metro stations. It could have been cleaner. There were marks on the walls, the water on the bathtub couldn’t be drained properly.
• Alhan (8/5): Great host and worth value of the money - Marco is very friendly and responsive I liked the property it is big and fits for two to three people The location was very close to street and noisy can’t sleep properly also it required to be more clean
