• Roser (7/5): - Camas cómodas. Bastante amplio. Las ventanas no aíslan el ruido de los tranvías que pasan de día y de noche. La limpieza. La cocina estaba sucia. El fregadero y la nevera principalmente.

• trini (1/5): TRANVIA pasa por dentro del apartamento HORRIBLE - El apartamento es VERGONZOSO que no tenia nada de servicio, cafetera , microondas tampoco un trapo de cocina , azúcar , gel , papel higiénico, éramos 4 personas para 4 días sin siquiera lavavajillas para poder limpiar un vaso de agua, una plancha quemada y una tabla llena de agujeros un calor horrible con 2 escasos ventiladores sin aire acondicionado , unas camas duras y con un TRANVIA que pasa cada 5 minutos por en medio del apartamento las 24 horas del día. Para la entrada que ya teníamos pagada con anterioridad se nos pide el DNI de todos sin aceptar que este la marca de agua y un selfi , tras negarse a dejarnos entrar sin tales datos no tenemos mas remedio que aceptar algo que tenían que haber avisado y podríamos haber buscado otro apartamento . Por nuestra parte NUNCA volveremos de todos los apartamentos que hemos estado es el único que no cumple el tema del tranvía con las ventanas de mala calidad es INSOPORTABLE TODO
• Agnostou (6/5): Ωραίο σπίτι, καθαρό αλλά όχι για τους θερινούς μήνες, μέχρι να τοποθετηθεί σε αυτό σύστημα ψύξης. - Το σπίτι ήταν καθαρό και σε πολύ καλή κατάσταση. Προσεγμένο και όμορφα φτιαγμένο. Τα δωμάτια ήταν άνετα και τα δύο μπάνια μας βοήθησαν πολύ στη διαμονή μας εκεί. Επίσης το καθιστικό και η κουζίνα ήταν όμορφα και άνετα. Ήταν ένα ωραίο σπίτι . Από το σπίτι υπάρχουν αρκετά μέσα μαζικής μεταφοράς για να κατευθυνθεί κάποιος εύκολα προς το κέντρο της πόλης. Μέχρι να τοποθετηθεί σύστημα ψύξης στο χώρο, το εν λόγω σπίτι δεν θα πρέπει να ενοικιάζεται για τους θερινούς μήνες. Η ζέστη ήταν ανυπόφορη, πόσο μάλιστα για κάποιους που γυρίζουν όλη μέρα για να γνωρίσουν την πόλη και επιστρέφουν κουρασμένοι επιζητώντας λίγη ξεκούραση. Κατά τη διάρκεια της παραμονής μας οι οικοδεσπότες ικανοποίησαν αίτημά μας και τοποθέτησαν δύο ανεμιστήρες στα δωμάτια. Χωρίς αυτούς η εκεί παραμονή μας θα ήταν αδύνατη. Επίσης έξω από το σπίτι περνάνε ΤΡΑΜ από νωρίς το πρωί μέχρι αργά το βράδυ και παρότι το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στον 5ο όροφο, η φασαρία από τα ΤΡΑΜ είναι απίστευτη. Ένας λόγος που δεν μπορούσαμε να ανοίξουμε τα παράθυρα. Αυτό σε συνδυασμό με τη ζέστη κάνει την παραμονή στο σπίτι κατά τους θερινούς μήνες ανυπόφορη.
• Exauce (6/5): The staff must be more welcoming because the apartment is good. - The apartment was as in the photos but very dusty. On the other hand at night, the windows are not anti-noise, although closed you have the noises from the outside that come in very complicated to close the eye. Otherwise the apartment was great, close to the restaurants on Via Antonio STOPPANI. Having a Congolese passport, I underwent more controls at the entrance of the apartment than at Paris and Milan airports. I found it humiliating, from the moment they asked me for the flight number to make sure I wasn’t a clandestine. Knowing that I had also put a French identity document, only my Congolese passport intrigued them.
• Gamze (10/5): Exceptional - I had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was exactly as described clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The neighborhood was peaceful and safe, with easy access to public transportation, shops, and restaurants. The host was very friendly and responsive, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others! -
• Desire (8/5): Considering the amount we paid, we expected a higher level of comfort. - The location is really good, with easy access to transport, and the building and doormen were good. The apartment was a bit cold, as the heating only works during the months allowed by the city council. Outside of that period, there is no other system to control the temperature. We had to ask for extra blankets, which were provided, but when they delivered the new ones, they removed the existing blankets from the apartment. Additionally, the kitchen was poorly equipped — there were very few utensils, only a couple of pans, and no kettle. Considering the amount we paid, we expected a higher level of comfort. The cleanliness also wasn’t the best — there was a lot of dust under the two beds. The landlord offered to arrange extra cleaning, but since we were very busy working during the Milan Design Fair, and had all our belongings in the apartment, we didn’t feel comfortable having someone come in during our stay.
• Andrea (8/5): Very good - We liked the position of the house, the rooms and the staff. The house was not too clean, and extremely noisy due to the tram passing down the street also at night.
