• Adriana (10/5): - La ubicación del departamento es óptima, próxima a la estación central de trenes y a estaciones de subterráneo. El departamento es amplio y cómodo, muy bien equipado. Muy útil y práctico el parking dentro del edificio. El encargado estuvo siempre pendiente de mis mensajes y contestaba inmediatamente. El departamento es más lindo y amplio que lo que se aprecia en las fotos. El check in on line se hace a través de una página y me resultó un poco engorroso. Pero fue solo eso.

• Ada (5/5): This apartment is like an empty promise - -Very good location -Overall good looking apartment -Smart TV in both rooms -No duvets provided - only bedsheets to cover yourself while sleeping, and it’s already October. Also, if you travel with 2 and want to sleep separately, there is not enough sheets for bed and the couch -Hair dryer has no warm air option/it’s not working properly -Corkscrew is not working -No coffee/tea/sugar and single use toiletries provided -Water pressure in the shower is very bad that it’s impossible to wash the hair -Front gate of the building was closed when we arrived, it was hard to find the entrance to the apartment since this gate is not mentioned in check in description -Questionable owners behaviour

Un four multi-usage, 4 plaques de cuisine, un lit confortable, un fauteuil très sympa aussi, beaucoup d'espace pour se déplacer dans l'appartement. Idéal pour un city trip. La s 20 minutes de marche de la gare Centrale, mais celle-ci n'est pas vraiment dans le centre historique de la ville. Le métro le plus proche est à environ 15 minutes à pied. Ensuite on arrive assez vite dans le centre-ville

• Heidi (2/5): Disappointing experience – avoid this place. - We paid €240 per night for an apartment that looked nothing like the photos on the site. Upon arrival, we discovered a poorly maintained place: a broken table leg, damaged walls, early signs of mold, a wobbly shelf, yellowed shower curtain, dirty sofa, dust everywhere, a greasy oven tray, and a dirty kitchen drawer with moldy condiments. There was only one fork and one knife, even though there were three of us, and no shower gel, despite it being mentioned in the listing. The worst part: when we got to the bedroom, we noticed one of the duvets was stained and full of hair, and the pillow smelled like sweat. One of us slept with her jacket on for all three nights, refusing to use the dirty bedding. The sofa bed was in a disgusting state, with stains that looked suspiciously like urine. We contacted the host to report the lack of cutlery and shower gel. The next day, he dropped off a few utensils and a bottle of used shower gel (yes, used, with a dirty bottle). He also left a bottle of red wine, which we didn’t even touch—we avoided staying in the apartment and spent our evenings on the phone with Booking, trying to find a solution (which never came). The host never once apologized, blamed everything on the cleaning lady, and offered no solution: no extra cleaning, no replacement bedding, no refund or gesture of goodwill. Worse, he even blamed us for reaching out to Booking. For a place this expensive (Design Week or not), this was beyond disappointing. I strongly advise against booking this apartment.

• Angie (9/5): This is a roomy, airy apartment for a comfy, relaxing city break. - The host was extremely helpful, jumping in to provide needed items immediately. And we loved the little puzzle that kept us busy during our breaks. An extra pillow or two might be nice. And we would have loved written instructions for recycling bins, older keys/locks, and light/fan switches.
