• Marisol (7/5): - Der Schlüssel für die Eingangstür hackt ziemlich, hat gedauert bei ersten Mal die Tür aufzubekommen. Danach hatte ich den Trick raus und ging.

• Ellen (5/5): Fin leilighet, men nødvendige fasiliteter fungerte ikke - Rent og pent. Veldig sentralt. Nyoppusset. Dusjen fungerte ikke. Dette var eier klar over. Den skiftet fra varmt til kaldt hele tiden. Vaskemaskinen fungerte heller ikke. Dette var også eier klar over. Vi ble derimot kke informert om det og endte opp å måtte bruke vaskeri istedenfor. Leiligheten var også annonsert med separat soverom, noe som heller ikke stemte.

• Alexandru (7/5): Quiet apartment and generous host - The price is good, the host is incredibly generous and nice. I have booked by mistake one night less and the host was kind enough to welcome me for one more night. The apartment is located in a nice quiet area, there is Netto close by, as well as bus stattion. The bed is comfy. The apartment had spiderwebs all over, the bathroom was dirty, dusty, the toilet was not properly washed, there was no soap, no shampoo available. The cups in the kitchen were unwashed. There is a safe in the fridge with food, however the host mentioned that we must not leave food or any dirty dishes. The towels need changing as they are old and used. There is no bathroom mat and you can make a mess after leaving the shower. The electric kettle is in bad condition. The door to the entrance in the apartment building has a key that is very unreliable, the door is hard to open. Also, the host insists a lot on getting 10 star reviews, so take all those 10 reviews with a pinch of salt!

• traveller_76 (10/5): Welcoming and cosy place to relax and enjoy Berlin! - Casa Frida is a cosy and welcoming apartment. We had everything that we needed and felt like home. The apartments is well decorated and fully equipped. The bed was very comfy. The small balcony is perfect for a morning coffee in this quiet and safe neighbourhood of Berlin. It is not very close to the center of Berlin and still there is a bus station connecting to the S-ban just 150 meters from the place
• Venelin (10/5): - Sehr schöne, saubere und komfortable Wohnung. Ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Kostenlose Parkplätze vor der Wohnung. Sehr gute Lage in Berlin Köpenick. Rewe und Neto und andere Geschäfte sind ganz in der Nähe. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel auch. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit reaktionsschnell. Ich hatte eine tolle Zeit, schön, ich werde gerne wiederkommen. Nichts.
