Andrew (9/5): Home from home in a beautiful scenic area of Alberta Canada. - Although Canmore is a little distance away from Banff the location is still very good with scenic views. The location was also very good to get groceries from the nearby supermarkets. The accommodation was very clean, comfortable with everything you need to make your stay stress free. We had an electric power cut in the room, but after informing the reception this was dealt with very quickly and competently by the maintenance person. Because we went in the latter part of May the price was reasonable. Wjfi was good and there were plenty of parking spaces including under cover. Because we arrived in the last half of May it was still a little cold to use the swim pool. However, I was disappointed that the use of the hot tubs was limited to 10 minutes per person because of the heat and staff had to be present. Although I went at the allotted time I decided to pass as there was no one around, and to put attire on for 10 minutes was too much of a chore and a bit embarrassing to ask for staff to be around for that.

Walene (1/5): Don’t stay there! - Location in general was ok Tired furniture from the 1950s, terrible lumpy beds, not as advertised. Needed an update Stale air, no way to leave a door or window open as it was ground floor on a busy street. Pillows were hard and the place was generally uncomfortable and very expensive. Pool was tiny and outdoor only

Justin (5/5): Passable - Beds are great! The ad on booking.com was very secretive about the $150 cleaning fee. I didn't know anything about it till after it was booked and the credit card was charged. They obviously are deliberate about scamming people into this because its all set up with huge charge to cancel etc. I was not happy about that at all. The rooms and beds were great though.

Nelle (8/5): Nice place and very comfortable coz we can cook feels like we’re at our own place. - Sorrounded by amazing scenery When we arrived we got disappointed due to hot water…we didn’t take a bath coz it’s very cold and the front desk didn’t inform us earlier that their tank on hot water was broken. The following day..it’s all good til our last day of stay. 😍
Barrow (10/5): Awesome place to relax. - The property was in the perfect location, close to everything that you needed. It was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. It was perfect. My family had a blast. Not a big deal, but it would of been nice to know that I had to check in at the wolf building instead of looking around for where to check in. Everything was great.
