He allowed me to check in a few hours early and always answered my questions quickly. When it got unexpectedly cold in São Paulo, he immediately brought me a portable heater, which I was very thankful for. The flat is new and well-equipped, with a kitchen, stove, air fryer, washing machine, and a great air-conditioning unit in the bedroom. The living room does not have AC, so the portable heater was perfect during my stay. The building has keypad access, an elevator, and security at the main entrance, which made me feel comfortable. The location is excellent! It is just a few minutes’ walk from Shopping Frei Caneca and about 25 minutes to Avenida Paulista. I have stayed here many times and always had a good experience. I will definitely return.
