Any abuse of threatening behavior towards staff or contractors will result in immediate termination of stay without a refund. Any booking for more than 21 nights will require a mid-stay clean at guest cost. The agent is not responsible, nor has control over building and renovation work by neighboring properties and cannot issue refunds in such circumstances. This information is removed from our systems 14 days after check out. There is a $3000 security deposit taken during schoolies period that is taken prior to arrival. Unless specifically stated the property does not provide linen such as sheets, towels, pillowcases, tea towels, bathmats. We can arrange the hire of these at an additional cost. Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.

Karen (5/5): Don’t think I’d stay there again - Location House was a little rundown. The extra bed covers were filthy. Kitchen equipment was old and dirty. Lamps in bedroom didn’t work. Could do with a new toilet seat. Disappointed

Kate (9/5): Superb - Very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Extra comforts like additional toilet, air con and fans! Poor water pressure in the showers and some of the pots/pans for cooking could probably be replaced but these are only minor issues.

Aimee (10/5): Exceptional - I liked that we could bring our dog with us on holidays! Secure fully enclosed backyard. Neat and tidy house, with washing facilities on site :) The beach close by is not dog friendly, you need to drive to dog friendly beaches.
Eric (8/5): Great getaway break-away! - Value for money, considering location and equipment. Outdoor BBQ in unusable state. Plates need to be replaced - entirely rusted.
