This information is removed from our systems 14 days after check out. There is a $3000 security deposit taken during schoolies period that is taken prior to arrival. Unless specifically stated the property does not provide linen such as sheets, towels, pillowcases, tea towels, bathmats. We can arrange the hire of these at an additional cost. Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Cleanliness I didn’t realise the owners were underneath us and got jumpscared
- Mai (8/5): Winter family getaway - Very clean and comfortable accommodation in a perfect location that was quiet and within walking distance to the beach. My two boys went exploring every day while we were there. We're already making plans to return in the Summer time. The communication I received said to bring toilet paper, cleaning products, bin liners etc and the accommodation was well stocked. It was annoying to have to pack such basic essentials only to have to take it all back home.
