• Pauline (9/5): So close to local Coles and some great restaurants! - Great spot! Close to CDB! Outside on the patio wasn’t very private from the neighbors! Had to close blinds for privacy! But the unit it self was very comfortable and had very thing we needed!

• Obrien (9/5): Great location in Sandy Bay - The apartment is located in a fabulous position. You can walk to grocery shops and cafes easily. The Yacht Club is very close for an afternoon drink and watching the sailing. The bed and bedding was first class and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and appreciated the milk and coffee and tea sachets. The parking at front of apartment block was also a bonus and we never had any problems with parking. Julie was very helpful when I phoned her regarding payment. They were also very good with their communication and suggestions for holiday activities in Hobart. The keyless entry is a bonus as we only had to remember a code with no keys to worry about. I really liked this feature. This studio apartment is great for a stay in Hobart and I highly recommend. Not much to not like but just a suggestion .. the towel rail is not adequate for the bath sheets supplied. Perhaps bigger towel rail. (We did love the bath sheets though).
• Marek (10/5): - Very nice studio in a quiet and elegant area, walking distance to the downtown, easy parking, near supermarket and restaurants ( don't miss citrus cake in Three Japanese!), a highly recommended place.
• Allie (8/5): Sandy Bar studio apartment close to shops and easy walk to Hobart City - The location was great. Short walk to the waterfront. Plenty of coffee shop and eateries options nearby and Coles and Woolies very close by. Took 15 mins to walk to Salamanca. Bed was super comfortable and pillows and towels nice and fluffy and fresh. Room was spacious with cooking and laundry facilities. Could hear the neighbours at times and bathroom a bit tired.

• Brenda (9/5): Great apartment in a great position - Lovely apartment, well set up with everything we needed. Very happy with directions to entering the property and how easy it was to do so. Great variety of restaurants within walking distance, same with supermarkets. Parking at the property was easy and right in front of the apartment. Was great to have a washing machine and rack for drying. Good communication provided by Emma. No dryer, so had to put clothes on rack provided, some clothing was thick and took days to dry. Very light in the apartment first thing in the mornings due to fit of blinds.

• Tad (10/5): Perfect place close to Hobart and other amenities. - The location was fantastic. Can walk to Salamanca Market, MONA, and many other places in central Hobart. The place was clean, spacious and comfortable. The team was very helpful with any questions or concerns. Nothing.

• Linda (9/5): Great place for a Hobart stay - The location was great, 20 mins walk into Hobart. Beach at the end of the road with Yacht club. Close to Supermarkets - Woolworths better one lots of eateries near. The accommodation was great nice outside area and adequate facilities in kitchenette. Laundry facilities lovely bed. Staff were easy to contact and sent good information. Parking right outside door. Air con unit wasn’t great but they had provided a fan and another portable unit. Remember to leave blinds down in the afternoon as it is a very sunny spot
• Peter (5/5): Not recommendable - Technically, everything was ok. Good bed, spacious room, necessary equipment. Communication with host very good. Quick answers, helpful. However, even a temporary tourist expects some emotion, flavour, nice surroundings. Nothing at all with this flat. With the emotional impression of a container from the outside, local neighbours with a barking small dog and a small terrace with the charm of a backyard we felt quite uncomfortable. Having said this, the value for money is questionable. Not a good start for our four week visit to beloved Tasmania.

• Suzanne (10/5): Perfectly positioned and very well equipped studio apartment - Loved the door code entry, although we were about to catch our plane at 3.50pm and it had not arrived so I contacted the owners and it was sent through immediately - with a reminder that check in was not til 3pm (we would arrive after 5pm). The studio was very well set up - coffee pod machine with a generous supply of pods, plus tea and sugar. Impressed that a small starter pack of milk was provided. Plenty of utensils and good glassware. Some washing liquid was provided for the washing machine and a useful drying line. Heating and cooling well provided for. Bed was super comfy, also the pillows. The outdoor area was a little plain but it was too cold to use while we were there anyway. Nice bifold doors opening the unit out if wanted. Close to a few good restaurants and supermarkets. Good little folder of information provided. I had to register in a separately sent online page which wanted quite a bit of information and I had to pay an extra fee apart from the one advertised on tripadvisor. Felt a bit miffed about it. Also got a lot of reminders about check in and check out times - maybe they have had problems in the past. These were the only downsides as the property itself was wonderful.
• Beverley (8/5): Nice place if you don't mind loud neighbours - Very clean and exceptional facilities Being in a complex of permanent resident's, these didn't have any consideration for others. Constant barking dog, very loud discussions inside and outside, which deterred from enjoying the outside courtyard.
• Rach (8/5): Very good - Super comfy bed. Nice and warm, with outdoor space. Walking distance to CBD, Salamanca, cafess, and parks. Throw on the bed is worn and pulled. Apartment is a bit dated but awesome for the price, and more than adequate.

• Jane (10/5): Perfect place to stay for all activities in Hobart - Well equipped. Including little useful extras like coffee pods, washing up liquid, oil, salt and pepper. Very close to beach and supermarket and very easy to walk or catch bus into Hobart. Property well laid out and a good use of space.

• Matt (9/5): Book now! - Outstanding location with everything you need just minutes away by foot. Easy walk to Battery Point and Salamanca. The apartment has everything you need. The bed is amazingly comfortable. Communication was excellent. Well worth the stay The neighbours can be a little noisy and you can hear everything when they are talking - just something to consider if noise bothers you The kitchen needs to be a little better equipped - some serving bowls and plates would be useful, for instance The tinting on the cantilever door/window is a little dark for my liking but fine if you open it right up

If im going to be a bit picky, a microwave would have been handy. Also the neighbours were a bit noisy on one night but didn't go on all night.

• Lemaire (7/5): Good - The location could not have been more convenient, just a stroll to the shops and restaurants on Sandy Bay Road and the waterfront. The accommodation was comfortable and provided everything we needed. Access and parking were easy. Hosts were very accommodating and offered early check-in which was greatly appreciated.

The studio was great had all we needed for our couple of nights stay. Able to walk 100m to Coles, to bus and 15mins to Salamanca Market and restaurant area.

• Leeanne (9/5): A fantastic apartment for a stay in Hobart and well set up. - Self catering apartment and a fantastic location. The washing machine wasn't working & I wasn't advised prior to arrival. Had to hand wash everything and then there were no pegs. Being there for five days and arriving with washing to do it was an inconvenience. Only other negative was the access to the apartment was an issue but mainly my fault, it would've been helpful if the balcony door keys were on a different coloured key tag as I took those instead of the front door key and locked myself out twice. A pin code access would be really helpful as there is nobody onsite to deal with key issues. The caretakers were very prompt to arrive and get me access.

• Nicholas (9/5): peaceful, private and perfectly located - peaceful, private, very conveniently situated near supermarket shops cafes restaurants gym. excellent instructions, communication and availability from hosts. a real hidden gem and very pleasant change from normal hotels not much. shower could do with a plastic basket for soap, shampoo etc.
• John (9/5): Excellent studio apartment, great facilities, close to restaurants and supermarket & CBD - Location at Sandy Bay right within close proximity to Supermarkets, restaurants and the water and a few minutes away from Salamanca markets and the wharves. Nothing, but a few extra plants in the tiny courtyard would make the courtyard more attractive.
