But there isnt any reception or any other person who is responsable for guests.if you need something you ask to people who work at bar and in the middle of their work its extra demanding for them and they dont like it. I understand them but if you are running a guesthouse you have to allocate someone only for guests.

• Sutter (10/5): It is an experience not to be missed if you are the earthy type and can navigate a steep set of stairs. - I loved that it has been transformed into a really lovely peaceful ,affordable spot in Milan. I know this isn’t for everyone but I loved it. The bed was really comfy, staff amazing, cook was incredible. N/A

El suelo está horrible, se escucha demasiado de una habitación a la otra, y las instalaciones aunque quieren lucir el encanto de la casona están muy descuidadas

• carole (9/5): La campagne en plein centre ville - Accueil agréable,dinner de qualité dans le restaurant , Ambiance décontractée et environnement verdoyant en plein centre ville , Proximité de la fondation prada et proche des transports pour accéder au coeur de Milan ds le quartier du Duomo , La liitterie est très bien ,le seul petit désagrément était un reveille à 4h ou 4he0 du matin au moment de prise de poste d un employé et le bruit des poubelles à ramasser ,nous avions la chambre juste au dessus , À part ça ,c était top et nous avons déja recommandé ce lieu à nos amis et collègues ! Merci ! Plus d option gluten free pour le petit dej et ouvrir le restaurant plus tôt pour Le petit dejeuner .

• MANUELA (8/5): Da condividere...con amore e allegria, in coppia o con gli amici! - Romantico in pieno centro a Milano. Soluzione piena di servizi interni con bar (la colazione super buona), presente pure ristorante mezzogiorno e sera. Decisamente una location particolare romantica ma anche dinamica adatta a tutti. Neanche troppo difficile trovare parcheggio in zona.
• Simona (9/5): Emersa dal passato - Che abbiano ristrutturato questa antica cascina senza distruggerla e che abbiano trovato il modo di renderla fruibile a tutti. La nostra camera aveva il bagno interno pulito e funzionale. Letti supercomodi anche quelli "in più". Il bar sotto casa, ottimo. Le chiavi sono un po' scomode per la porta d'ingresso, meglio un sistema di chiusura a codice.

• Luca (8/5): - È in una bella cascina del seicento, ristrutturata con semplicità e buon gusto. Nella cascina c’è un bar ristorante, un orto, un mercato ortofrutticolo e altri spazi che la rendono molto vivace Alcuni dettagli degli arredi potrebbero essere un po’ più curati

• Jacqueline (8/5): A great location and unique opportunity to stay in a historic property. - The location was excellent; a little bit out of the main city centre, but in a very accessible location that enabled us to feel like we were in a local neighborhood rather than a tourist area. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. The little kitchen area was great for having a quiet dinner. We got locked in. I am not sure what went wrong, but one morning we needed to be out and on the metro by 7.30am, but the complex was still closed. So when we went to exit the complex everything was locked up securely, but our keys didn't fit any of the locks and we couldn't get out. We were able to use terrible Italian to make a cleaner who was on site understand we wanted to leave and he opened the door for us. If he hadn't been there, I don't know what we would have done. There wasn't really any options to unpack our luggage ie no drawers or cubby's.

• Anna_Bril (9/5): Очень аутентичное и комфортное место - Очень атмосферное место - сам гостевой дом, ресторан и прилегающая территория. Отзывчивый персонал. В номере было тепло, стоял обогреватель. Удобные кровати. В холле есть чай и кофе, вода в бутылках, холодильник, микроволновка. До метро 10 минут пешком. Рядом много кафе и ресторанов, а так же большой супермаркет.
• Elena (7/5): Il contesto è piacevole - Il contesto (ristorante, musica live, bar) e la posizione in un quartiere piacevole a Milano, la disponibilità del personale Non ho avuto una sensazione di comfort in camera, sembra effettivamente di alloggiare in una cascina un po’ rimessa a nuovo, il bagno era fuori dalla camera e senza finestra, la doccia con varie tracce di muffa. Non c’è possibilità di colazione fino alle 9 (orario di apertura del bar).

• Vicki (8/5): - The mixture of traditional and modern, a converted farm in a city. The calm atmosphere, the cleanliness and the comfy beds. The breakfast at the bar was wonderful.
• Elisabetta (6/5): Dirty - Very nice location and extremely comfortable beds. I really wanted to enjoy our stay, but unfortunately the private external bathroom was not clean. There was hair in the shower, on the toilet, and in the sink, as if it hadn’t been properly cleaned before our arrival. While there are some positive aspects to the accommodation, a dirty bathroom is simply not acceptable. Additionally, the walls are very thin, and it felt like we could hear everything (everything!) from the neighbouring rooms.

Wir konnten nicht schlafen, weil wir jedes einzelne Wort der Nachbarn hören konnten trotz Ohropax. Obwohl wir 10% im Restaurant bekamen war es das teuerste Essen, das wir in Italien hatten und leider auch das geschmacklich langweiligste

The entire building, from the accomodation part to the restaurant and to the garden were all incredible. They also provided free bottled water and coffee throuout the entire stay. Also, the fact that they use organic food at their restaurant was a big plus.

• Agustina (7/5): En general...un 7 - .El lugar es lindo. Esta bien restaurado. Elnrestaurant de enfrente es donde mejor comi en Milan. A 10 minutos del metro. La ventana da a un balcón de circulación interna del personal por lo que nunca pude abrir la ventana. Y el baño si bien es privado esta fuera de la habitación y la verdad es muy incomodo. La presión del agua era mala y el desagüe del lavamanos estaba tapado.

• Torsten (10/5): Ein wunderbares Hotel mit Seele. - Zimmer, Bar, Restaurant, der Gemeinschaftsraum mit großem Tisch, Kühlschrank .. die Freundlichkeit- wir kamen sehr spät an, im Restaurant wartete unser Tisch noch. Ist halt nicht sonderlich zentral, was bei der Buchung aber ja klar ist. Wir haben alles zu Fuß gemacht, gehen aber auch gerne.

I felt judged because I came at the bar 15 min before the check in time to ask if the room was available, the barman told me to come back in 15 min, not in a super nicely way.

• Megan (9/5): Un Posto a Milano was a great place to stay for a few nights to explore Milan - The atmosphere at the bar downstairs was very pleasant. The shared kitchen facilities were great and all amenities were there. The beds were comfortable and the room was cool. Public transport via the metro and a supermarket is only a short walk away. The staff were excellent, helping us with our bags and food, despite our very limited Italian. Bag storage at the bar was also very convenient when we were exploring the city.

• Daria (10/5): Great! - The room was clean, and there also was a private bathroom with everything needed. The territory id beautiful, with a good restaurant/bar on the first floor. Location is great too, with metro station in walking distance. A small kitchen in the common space is also available (with refrigerator and sink)
