• Maja (2/5): - Leider war das Apartment nicht gut gereinigt, im Schrank standen schmutzige Gläser. Die Unterkunft befindet sich im Keller, selbstverständlich ist sie nicht bequem. Viel zu teuer.
• Olga (10/5): - When I arrived, the washing machine was broken by the previous guests. I informed the host, and he came the same day to check it. The next day, he already installed a new washing machine. While I was waiting, he suggested alternative options for laundry. The host was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!

• Roman (1/5): I do not recommend this apartment, very expensive, dirty, not safe, very poor quality, bad sleeping - the locality was good but that´s all we liked. the apartment was in terrible condition. The walls were moldy, beds very soft and very low quality. Electric cables were out of the wall, very dangerous in terms of safety. The worst thing was a dirty laundry. The apartment is located on the minus one floor, you have zero view like in the cellar. The quality of air very low. I do not recommend to stay there at all, it was the worst experience I have every had with accommodation.

• Sara (2/5): Wouldn't recommend at all - Owner gave good instructions for collecting key and entering apartment, however everything else was true disaster. Apartment was literally full of hair, like bunches of black hair next to sofa on the floor- wouldn't even say it was vacuumed prior our stay. There were bread crumbs below the kitchen table. Toilet had dirty shower silicone, and overall shower was dirty. Whole apartment had terrible cigarette odour. Moreover when we entered none of the air conditioners were working (and outside it was 30C), they were just ventilating, as well there were 2 fans (later we understood why). We were quite tired otherwise we would for sure go to hotel and not sleep there. Even the red small cushions on the sofa had disgusting white stains. I have contacted owner and he gave me instructions to reset the fuse in order to get air conditioner in the working condition, and this worked but obviously there is a problem since after a while same thing happened - air conditioner just went to idle mode with green light but not working. So you can imagine our night of sleep in dirty apartment, smelling as ashtray, without working AC since it stopped working again shortly after we went to bed. Since we needed to get up early we totally forgot to leave money for tourist tax. Owner contacted us, also claiming how we ruined his 1.5 EUR towel (cheapest possible) and that he needs to throw away - just because there was lipstick and make up traces - that are washable!! Then he even sent me voice message - saying that we are ruining things in apartment just because AC was not working. I have stayed in many apartments all around Europe/ North Africa and this was far worst experience ever.
• Miguel (8/5): Very good - Good location, quiet neighborhood, public transport nearby. Clean.With what you need to spend a couple of days. Nice and kindly comunication. The air conditioning does not work.
• Greg_traveler (10/5): A very nice and clean apartment, convenient location and super helpful host - A very nice and comfortable apartment, in a super convenient location, close to the main attractions of Milan by nearby metro. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Great host, very cooperative, responsive and helpful in providing us with useful tips about Milan , also restaurant options, etc. On top, Andrea was very kind and generous in allowing us to check-in earlier and also checking out a bit later, which was truly helpful for us. Highly recommended place and host!

• Bruce (10/5): Ground level apartment near metro station in quite area. - The apartment is located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood very close to the city center. There is a metro station only one block away and also public parking lots nearby. The furnishings are modern and comfortable! The kitchen was fantastic. The bathroom looks like new surfaces and fixtures. Very relaxing place to stay in the city.
• Sarah (7/5): Good - The apartment was clean and spacious with a lovely bathroom. I was sent videos of how to get in which made access easy. The window coverings were very thin, not proper blinds or curtains, so it was too light at night. There was no kettle or mugs to be able to make a decent sized drink. There were no instructions for the hot plate and neither of us could work out how to turn it on. I think '10 mins from Duomo' is a bit of an exaggeration, but we usually got there in 15 mins.

The location was good but not excellent, you need to take the transports to go to the main points of the city of Milan. Andrea was very friendly and available all the time. The ac’s does not work.
