• Marcus (10/5): Kann ich weiter empfehlen! - Sehr geräumige Unterkunft. Super Betten/Matratzen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!
• Marie (7/5): Für Urlaub eine klare Empfehlung. Für Personen die von heim aus arbeiten nicht empfehlenswert. - Preis / Leistung unschlagbar. Große Unterkunft und eine eher selten gesehen wirklich sehr große tolle Couch. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht. Internet ist kein highspeed wie angegeben und gerade wer Upload braucht, wird hier mächtig Probleme bekommen. Handy Empfang gibt es fast nicht und deshalb ist man auf das bestehende Internet angewiesen. Heizsystem stark veraltet mit 2 alten Öfen. Der Wechsel von Kaltwasser/Warmwasser in der Dusche ist gefährlich, da man schnell von kalt auf kochend heißes Wasser kommt (gerade für Kinder problematisch)

Der Gastgeber ist wahnsinns nett ,ist immer erreichbar und kommt auch sofort wenn was ist! zB:den fire TV Stick austauschen weil einer von 3 nicht ging🫣😄 Lage des Appartments ist perfekt.10 min zu Fuß zum Westbahnhof und in die Mariahilferstraße. Straßenbahn zum Westbahnhof ist auch vor der Tür. es gibt genauso genug Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ganz in der Nähe sowie Restaurant,Bäcker etc. Das Apartment selbst war sehr sauber und riesig! Perfekt für Familien mit größeren Kinder die zB. ein eigenes Zimmer wollen. Wahnsinns geil ausgestattet.es gab eigentlich nichts was uns gefehlt hätte. Von Küchen Utensilien bis Putzzeug war alles vorhanden. Werden fix wieder kommen!!!!! .
• Alessandra (8/5): Bene per anche per soggiorni lunghi - Appartamento grande e dotato di comodi servizi:( lavastoviglie,lavatrice,phon,aspirapolvere, tre grandi tv con accesso a paytv con proprio account, macchinetta nespresso,utensili da cucina, feigorifero,forno). Materassi in lattice molto comodi. Cuscini stile austriaco, dipende sempre dai gusti. Sono grandi e non consistenti. Io risolvo portando sempre con me delle federe da casa. Essendo piú piccole le federe stile italiano, contengono e compattano i cuscini troppo morbidi e il riposo è garantito. Lenzuola e asciugamani sono forniti.Posizione in strada silenziosa, anche se l appartamento è al piano terra, non abbiamo sentito rumori esterni. La fermata del tram e del bus sono a 10 metri. Intorno ci sono negozi,market, ristoranti,panetteria...di tutto. Comunicazione veloce e cortese con l'host Noi eravamo in macchina. Di fronte a casa ci sono parcheggi con sosta libera per 15. Min poi a pagamento. Gratuito dalle 22 alle 9. Noi abbiamo lasciato la macchina al parcheggio Repark ( 8 euro al giorno ) dista circa 10 minuti a piedi dall'appartamento. Di primo impatto non mi sono trovata a mio agio. L'appartamento è al piano terra, le finestre non hanno oscuranti né inferriate. Il portone di ingresso è solidissimo ma la porta dell'appartamento è in legno e vetro. Di cui un'anta rotta è stata sostituita con il plexiglass. Diciamo che chiunque potrebbe romperlo facilmente, inserire la mano e aprire la porta. Questo pensiero mi ha accompagnata per il primo giorno e notte. ( siamo stati 6 notti). Poi mi sono ambientata e constatando la sicurezza della zona, non ci ho più pensato. Ma se fossi l host sistemerei diversamente la porta di ingresso. Dormire nella seconda camera da letto è stato difficile perché non ci sono oscuranti ne tende coprenti. Luce negli occhi perché la testata del letto è proprio sotto la finestra. Indispensabile la mascherina. Direi che una tenda comprente è necessaria. Stufe a gas un pó rumorose. Pulizia 7/10
• Concha (9/5): Estancia agradable - Es muy cómodo para cuatro personas, tiene transporte público muy cerca. El apartamento estaba muy limpio. No nos recibió nadie, las llaves estaban en una cajita de seguridad. Estuvimos también en Budapest y Praga y en ambos sitios nos recibió una persona para enseñarnos los alojamientos y darnos los primeros tick de las ciudades. En este caso fue muy impersonal.

• Andrey (10/5): a great place to stay and definitely recommended. - The apartment is very spacious and comfortable, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The location is convenient — not right in the center, but not far either, making it quiet and easy to get around. Overall, a great place to stay and definitely recommended. The only minor drawbacks were that the bathroom door cannot be locked and the hot water temperature is a bit difficult to adjust.
• Yolande (10/5): - De host is erg attent en altijd bereikbaar. Het appartement is geweldig, van alle gemakken voorzien en ruim. Wij hebben goed geslapen op de matrassen. De badkamer is zeer ruim en de douche is heerlijk warm. De keuken is ook ruim en heeft alles om te koken of te bakken. Dichtbij de tram en de winkels. Een paar minuten lopen. Met de tram en de u baan ben je zo in het centrum. Schönbrunn is te lopen maar met tramlijn 60 sta je er bijna voor. Wij hadden een weekkaart voor het ov. zodat je overal makkelijk kan komen. Hebben wij er in 5 dagen ruim uitgehaald. Niets, het is een geweldig appartement.

• Scherf (8/5): - Die Ferienwohnung liegt perfekt angeschlossen an den öffentlichen Verkehrs. Es ist alles in der Ferienwohnung, was man benötigt für einen bequemen Aufenthalt. Problematisch war das Bedienen der Gardine im Zimmer hinterm Wohnbereich. .

• Senes (8/5): Bellissimo - Mi é piaciuto godere dei miei spazi, facendo una gita in famiglia, le stanze numerose ci hanno consentito di non darci mai fastidio nei momenti di relax. Con i mezzi si gira bene. Vienna é bellissima. Una mappa dei mezzi e delle attrazioni principali nella stanza, ci abbiamo messo un attimo a capire come muoverci. Inoltre un turista vorrebbe depositare in dei locker le sue valige per girare comodo appena arriva, senza aspettare il check in, soprattutto se come noi si arriva presto, cosa che il primo giorno ci ha penalizzati.

• Urška (10/5): Exceptional - Appartment is very big, comfortable, well equipped and has everything we needed as a family with small kids. We liked the fact that the smaller bedroom is on the other side of the appartment therefore we cound't wake up the kids with any noices in the kitchen. Tram is just around the corner and you can quickly get to different parts of the town. The owner was always available and quick to answer any of our questions.
