• Linda (8/5): Nice stay at Tebrau - The host was very nice, prompt in replying to my queries and provided detailed check-in information. Snacks and drinks were provided and we appreciate it. Location is near aeon mall. Tv with games console. Only one lift available as the other was under repair. Sofa was maybe dusty that made us itchy. Out of bathing soap in one bathroom. Other than that, the rest was ok.

• Steven L. (SG) (5/5): Disappointing stay, though location was good. - 1. Good location near to Aeon Tebrau and Toppen. 2. Service was good. Provided simple birthday decorations for free. (A) Apartment was very run down. 1. Beds were old, hard, uncomfortable and too low. We did not sleep well. 2. There was no coffee table and we had to hold our bowls to eat while watching tv. 3. Tv was too small (32 inch). 4. Sofa was hard and uncomfortable. 5. There were not enough chairs at the dining table. Only 4 chairs. Stools should have been provided. 6. There was no bedside table and lamp in the bedroom. No place to put our stuff. 7. Hair dryer no good. Kept stopping while we used it. (B) Lift broke down on first day of our stay and we had to climb up and down the stairs from level 6. (C) Padlock was hard to open. Took a few minutes to open the padlock with keys. (D) Apartment was noisy. We can hear the sounds of neighbours and cars at night. It interrupted our sleep.

• Koh (8/5): - Convenient when walking to Aeon Tebrau. There is a mini coffeeshop downstairs if you need a quick bite or coffee in the morning. A bit unfortunate that the master bedroom toilet light was spoilt so couldn't shower at night.

• Linda (8/5): Overall nice stay - The person in charge was very responsive to queries. The apartment though old, was clean. Aircons worked well and we slept well too. The location is very near aeon mall and toppen. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks for the generous amount of snacks provided and the kids loved it! The washing machine initially we thought spoil as water was left undrained inside the machine by previous user and bit smelly. After few times then able to drain off and service balcony floor ponding subside. Took some time to complete wash one batch of clothes. Then after using kitchen sink for awhile, the floor trap bit clog and water flowed out from trap. Lucky it subsided after awhile. On the game console, unable to play but never mind. Hope owner can improve the above issues. The rest are alright and we did enjoy our stay.

• Li (7/5): Family Stay - Perfect location juz beside Aeon mall. Host is very friendly and responsive. Instruction is very clear, hassle free to check in. Place is clean and tidy when we check in. Some items required maintenance. Abit old. One of the room air-con is not working after 1 day, although host provide option to move to another unit, we find it troublesome. Only 1 hair dryer that is attached to the wall in master bedroom. We had to queue and person in room cannot slp. Do consider improving.

The place looks like old neighbourhood. In fact was cancelled off by a few grab drivers as they are not able to find the blk.

• Nur (10/5): Best place out of others - Space, cleanliness, cleaning facilities (plastic, tissue, vacuum, extra slippers, detergent), board games, sheets and towels smells nice, i love the body wash, there's netflix and YouTube, fast wifi, comfortable air con The electric source. Need to touch the plug thing every time i open the door. Iron board is the sit one (too short). But the iron works well. No mirror in the bunk bed room 😔

• Rahmat (10/5): Good location and vicinity - Very big and spacious. 3 rooms with queen size beds. Walking distance to aeon tebrau mall and toppen shopping centre. There's shops on the 1st floors as well. Very good locations. Owners were very responsive in answering my enquiries. During our stay there was only one working lift. Besides that all is well. Exceptional stay.

• Michael (6/5): Pleasant - The location is near to Aeon Tebrau and Toppen & Ikea, but for wheel chair users not so convenient, as there's a need to walk a longer path to Aeon or take cab to Toppen & Ikea. There's internet access although website stated it's not provided. Host is quite responsive to our needs. Only 1 access key card, so all staying at the place need to leave or come back together, if we are going to different places.
• Tang (8/5): Overall great stay for my family. We enjoyed our stay there - Location very good, walking distance to Aeon Tebrau mall,Toppen and Ikea. Apartment very clean and host Rachel was very kind and provided great service to us. Maybe should provide some cotton floor mats which are more water absorbable.
