- Shaun Gardner (6/5): Basic cheap accommodation in Canberra close to shops. - Good spot. Cheap. Walking distance to shops and food. Fairly quiet street, neighbourhood - I got the feeling all of Canberra is pretty quiet 🤫! The place was pretty clean. We read the reviews and someone mentioned produce from the garden which appealed. Upon arrival it was apparent that the garden hadn't been loved for quite a while. The whole place has a desolate abandoned feel. The other guests were fine and respectful but they were there for temporary cheap work accommodation and went off to work early (6am). There had been an attempt at sound proofing on the walls but it was cheap and kind of useless. Our room shared a wall with the kitchen. I think the rooms sharing walls with bathrooms would be worse for noise.

- Matt (1/5): Racist host - That I had a bed to sleep in The hosts anger towards me when I was locked out of the room with no way in, lead me to climb through a window just to go to sleep. I was racially profiled by the host
- Amy (8/5): Great place to stay for one night. - The host was lovely and very friendly when he greeted us. The locks on the doors feel very secure. The place is clean, tidy, and comfortable. The showers were really nice with great water pressure. Big backyard if people want to spend time outside. Location is outside the city but we were able to walk there in just 30 minutes. An earlier check-in/later check-out would be useful. 4pm check in is quite late at 9am check out is early. Being charged $10 per hour for an early check in seems a bit wrong as it implies the room is/is able to be ready but comes at a cost (we just asked if they could accommodate 3pm check in).
A sheet on the bed under the doona would make a huge difference in the warmer weather.

- Irnasya Shafira (8/5): Super comfy! - Everything is great. Loved that it's so near a bus stop Unfortunately the electricity went funky so the main lamp couldn't be turned on during my stay. Other than that? Great going

- Kennedy (10/5): Fantastic place to stay with very great hosts. 10/10! - The host’s parents were exceptionally kind. Everything was clean and organized. I also really appreciated the house’s security. I had a great experience staying here and would absolutely stay again. N/A

- Chao (8/5): Enjoyable and great value for the money - Location was great, not far from city centre, very close to the Mt Ainslie, super quiet as well. Toilet is a bit narrow, but it does the job.
- Paul (7/5): Good -
- Sagar (7/5): Good budget stay - Good for one or two nights. Lovely couple managing the house.
- Hariharan (6/5): Pleasant - The room was decent and tidy, that's all I wasn't offered for any extensions though the rooms weren't booked and were mentioned as rented out, though it wasn't mentioned explicitly.
- Lynne (10/5): Really comfortable place to sleep 😊 - Clean and friendly .. very comfortable and quiet at night. The bed and bedding were perfect All good
- Richard (7/5): Good -
- Su (7/5): Good -
- Alberto (10/5): Exceptional - The house is cozy and well maintained. It's easily accessible by bus and near downtown. The staff is kind and helpful. Extra points for the mattress and the pillows! I had a great stay.
- Danyal (10/5): Exceptional -
- Shamima (8/5): Cosy and welcoming home stay - I stayed here for 1 week, Dana's parents are onsite and run the property. They are warm and welcoming, and we were treated to fresh veggies from their garden regularly.
The room itself is clean, plenty of wardrobe space and the fan came in handy for the hot days. It is a little small particularly for 2 people for the duration of our stay but that was made up for by the amazing hospitality, the comfy bed and the general cleanliness of the two bathrooms and kitchen which were cleaned daily.
The other pluses include being given allocated fridge space, key code entry for the main door and bedroom, having use of the huge garden space and ability to park on the verge of the property.
- David (8/5): Very good -
- Peter (9/5): A short stay, two nights for work, that met my expectations. -
- Thomas (8/5): Very good - Very nice homestay with good hosts. Nice and clean room, well equiped kitchen and clean bathroom facilities. Would very much recommend.
- Kanishka (10/5): Excellent - The people living there were really good people. Felt safe staying there. The bathrooms, kitchen and the room is very clean. Very quiet place. The owner had a lovely garden full of vegetables and they shared the fresh vegetables with us too. Really loved there company. Nothing I didn’t like.
- Linda (10/5): Great value for money - The location was central with plenty of parking. The host was very helpful and helped us get settled, letting us know where local shopping facilities were located. The room was good value for money. The only downside, and it's a small issue, was we were provided with just one pillow each. As side sleepers we're more comfortable with two.
- López (10/5): Exceptional - Service is amazing and host is very friendly Everything, simple, comfy, good experience.
- Lili (7/5): Good -
- Prem (10/5): A beautiful spot to live with warm hospitality and a loving host family. - Friendliness, Family-oriented, loved ones, very warm hospitality There’s nothing that I don’t like it.
- Billrider (7/5): Good -
- Christine (9/5): Tranquil and restful. - Dana's parents live in the house and are very kind and patient. They showed me around the house, which is small but extremely well organised.
My room had a large wardrobe with hangers and drawers, a fan, a heater, a desk and light. This was perfect for me as i was attending a conference. Shampoo and conditioner are supplied.
The house is less than a 15 minute walk from the light rail and shops with supermarkets and fabulous restaurants, and a 40 minute walk from bushwalks up mountains. Walk up Mt Majura at sunset. It's magical! The curtains didn't quite cover the windows.
- Abhijit (10/5): Exceptional -
- Shanay (9/5): Comfortable, hospitable, well priced. - The hospitality was lovely. Everything and more was provided. We felt very welcome and it is in walking distance to all shopping centres and city centre. My partner did not like that there was no television. But that’s not necessary haha it’s nice to be away from television.

- Craig (7/5): Good for the price - Great location and at $63 to stay in Canberra in a good bed and have a hot shower it's hard to beat. Only the fact you would have to rely on having quiet other occupants to be able to sleep which I was.
- Aravind (8/5): Very good -
- Peter (8/5): Good location for a convenient stay -
- Kylie (7/5): Good - Very clean and comfortable amenities. Affordable value.

- Julie (8/5): Perfect for short term stay - The hosts were lovely and helpful. It's essentially just a house where each bedroom has its own pincode lock as well as the front door so feels very safe. The hosts are around if you have any questions or need help. Everything felt really clean and met expectations, great area to stay in. Walls were thin so if you're sensitive to sound, you can hear when people walk by your room. There was no general area to be, only a small kitchen. Perfect for the price you pay and would recommend for shorter stays.

- Suresh (7/5): Very good property, value for your money. Compact, Clean and Very quiet, no noise around, warmer at nights. Suggest to i - Air quality
- Mary (7/5): Clean and Budget wise - The price suited me very much, hosts were very friendly. Clean. Large fridge available for storing food. I only needed a place to sleep and shower, it was basic but suited for what I needed. The screen door at the front needs attention, it slams and scares the hell out of you with the noise it makes. If you come in late at night, it could disturb others who may be sleeping.
- Stewart (7/5): Good -
- Peter (6/5): Pleasant - Bed was comfortable. Room and bathroom felt cramped.
- Tatsuya (10/5): Exceptional -
- Peter (8/5): Friendly house for a short stay - It was a short but comfortable stay Difficult front door code but fortunately there was always people on hand to let me in.
- Ronald (10/5): Excellent - The friendly host and comfortable quite room . Nothing to dislike . It served my purpose for a one night stay close to where I had appointments. Nice area and great friendly host
