• jingting (9/5): - Hosts were very responsive and helpful when we had questions. Unit was very clean and well-equipped. Lift was down for the entire 6 days we were there. No proper connection to Paradigm mall so have to cut across roads, not barrier-free and not safe for kids especially in the rain.

• Nazimah (9/5): very comfortable and quiet. The host is very clear with the instructions so it is really easy to get to the apartment. T - clean and location is easy to find. the pillows are too soft but everything else is very good.

• SUMONO (10/5): Comfortable and well-equipped place, perfect for a short trip to JB. - My stay at The Platino was excellent. The unit was clean, tidy, and fully equipped with all the necessary facilities. The location is very strategic right next to Paradigm Mall, which makes it super convenient for shopping and food. The swimming pool is beautiful and comfortable, perfect for relaxing. The host was very kind, friendly, and quick to respond to any questions or requests. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again when visiting JB. The pool was nice, but the guard was a bit too strict and sensitive while we were swimming. We know he was just doing his job, but it did make it a bit hard to fully relax.

Seriously WOW! Thank you so much to this friendly owner.. Will book this apartment again on my next vacation at jb.. 🤗❤️

• Xue Qi (8/5): Great weekend stay - Check in was generally smooth. The apartment was very spacious, clean and tidy, things are in good condition. There was a mix of hard and not-so-hard beds which suited the preferences of the group. It was a little noisy in the master bedroom at night - from the Aircon and cars on the road.
• Mohd (9/5): Superb - Comfortable, many beds, convenient location. Clean and well kept. Clear check in and check out process. Pool was good as well. A bit of a weird smell from the toilet when we first entered, but cleared up after a few hours. Pillows were also a bit soft, but overall okay.

The hosts were very helpful and timely in replies. Makes the entire experience very pleasant and enjoyable. The earlier good reviews were true. Location is superb which is comfortable walking distance to Paradigm mall.

• Traveling (6/5): Pleasant - Location was strategic, just walking distance to paradigm shopping mall beside. Secure place with many tiers of security. Facilities was good, have gym , Swimming pool, pool table, dart boards, foosball table. Unit spacious with good lightings. Kitchenette provided with cooking utensils etc. Carpark is free parking. Felt like a maze in the condo and the different block and access makes it confusing to enter and exit. Going to facilities floor and carpark is also quite confusing as the doors does not have clear indicators of which block to get to.. Block A or B. This unit has a bedroom Aircon malfunction whereby no cold air flowing out and upon checking, even the balcony compressor also not running when aircon on. Both of the two rooms beds causes some itchiness, not sure the reason. The water pressure of master room bathroom is very low, thus, only about to use the common bathroom shower.

The great location makes it easy to access shopping mall, which is a huge plus for both leisure and work trips. The host was exceptionally responsive, replying to messages quickly and providing helpful information to make my stay as smooth as possible. Overall, I highly recommend this homestay for anyone visiting JB. It offers comfort, convenience, and excellent service, making it ideal for all types of travelers.
