• Ashley (1/5): Disappointing! - When I 1st arrived1st the keys were not where it stated, I had to call the owner who then informed me where a spare set were. On entering, the place was an absolute tip! No cleaner had been and the previous guests clearly had 0 respect for the place! Every single floor a mess, rubbish bags every where and just dirt! Again I had to call up and complain. Waiting almost an hour or 2 for the cleaner then had to go to a friend until they finished! Thankfully I know the area and had friends close by but imagine coming from far! I lost all in all 4 hours till I could eventually settle! As it was my birthday I had food being delivered which was then delayed which costed me late fees! The owner then insulted me by stating a 5% refund & a 1pm check out rather than an extra night free of charge! This really put a damper on the start of my bi. Then on top of this the hot tub stopped working so once again I had to call them wait hours for someone to come! Also the photos are not quite accurate, good camera angles! Its a lot smaller than you think and the garage with the pool table and game machine could do with a lick of paint and doing up better also very small to move around whilst playing pool! The rest of the house is nice just looks alot bigger in the photos! Also health & safety if your gonna have marble falling in the kitchen due to the hot tub there should have been some sort of mat as its extremely slippery!
• Louise (10/5): Absolutely beautiful accommodation done up to a high standard. Felt like a home from home. Loved every moment. Thank you - 1. Location was great. About 8 minute walk to Fulham Broadway tube. Great links to London city which was only a short ride away. 2. Facilities in the property amazing, games room, hot tub, clean and tidy, whole home decorated beautifully, amazing touches such as coffee pods, tea, sugar sachets, washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets, toilet rolls, kitchen roll, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, washing machine and liquid tablets to use. Huge tv and PlayStation console. 3. Hosts brilliant quick at getting back to us with any queries and made check in really easy with all the information required provided efficiently 4. Lots of shops and takeaways etc very short walk from the property 5. Plenty of space for families 6. Parking on the driveway which is free 7. Home from home feeling, felt very safe in the area and quiet too. This did not affect our stay whatsoever as there were only 2 adults and a child. If I could give any feedback it may be for a bigger sofa if a larger party was to stay I don’t feel like the one sofa would be big enough to fit a bigger family. And maybe small tv in the bedrooms. But again this wouldn’t ever effect our stay and will be back again 100% we loved it that much.

• Kian (9/5): Cozy, cinema room, hot tub - Hot tub was very nice, great cinema room with sound system and the 4k tv was massive with a great picture. Having the netflix account for free use was a massive plus. Not enough space to play pool.
