Bagno piccolo ma funzionale, doccia lavandino e wc. Asciugamani puliti e profumati. La casa era in ordine pulita e super accogliente.

• Virginia (7/5): Expensive stay in Barcelona - Very close to the mall. Bus and tram routes . Within walking distance to Sagrada Familia. Area very family orientated. People gather after 8 at night to do exercises and hangout. We didn’t manage to get the washer to work so we had to do our washing by hand.Awkward layout in kitchen with the fridge being behind the door. No electric kettle just a stove top kettle.No window in the bathroom and the one room looks into the kitchen. Bathroom tends to become very hot when the light is on. The mattresses were too small for the frames of the beds.
• Valentina (9/5): Buonissima struttura consigliata. Host gentile e disponibile - Struttura pulita, accogliente, organizzata, ordinata e spaziosa con le sue 3 stanze da letto. Siamo stati benissimo .. a 5 minuti a piedi c’è la metro e davanti la fermata di bus tram. Inoltre c’è il centro commerciale con supermercato e vari ristoranti e bar, oltre che negozi.

• Ionut (6/5): Pleasant - Marco,- the host, is a very nice person He recommended us a very good restaurant close to apartment. Perhaps with more cleanliness, radiator repairs, and especially when the construction site is finished, this apartment could be an okay location. unfortunately my experience was not great. The rooms were very cold, and the radiators in two of the rooms remained cold throughout our entire 3-day stay. As a result, we had to sleep in the smaller bedroom, which was a bit more comfortable. Additionally, the fridge had a very unpleasant smell, and we couldn’t use it at all. It was disappointing, especially since we expected to be able to store food during our stay. The mattresses were very uncomfortable, which was a big issue for us as we were hoping for a good rest. This made our stay less enjoyable, as we had trouble sleeping. Another problem was the construction site located right in front of the building. Every morning, at 8:30 AM, the noise from the construction started, which was quite disturbing, especially when we were trying to relax or sleep. Overall, the apartment didn’t meet our expectations, and I would not recommend it for those seeking comfort or peace and quiet.

• Vlatka (10/5): Spacious apartment - Spacious apartment situated just 15 minutes walking distance from the Sagrada Familia. Across from the apartment, a huge shopping mall features excellent restaurants. Right outside the apartment, there are several lovely bakeries. Helpful host!

• Zlata (10/5): Exceptional - Great clean place. In a good location. Close to all public transportation in a very safe and modern neighbourhood. The accommodation is clean with a new furniture and all facilities required for a cosy stay. Very spacious apartement. High recommendations.
• Clarence (9/5): Superb - The place was clean and close to all amenities, groceries, coffee shop and restaurants. There are two different metro lines in about a 10 minute walk.
• Nina (10/5): Perfect - We liked everything about our stay at the apartment. The location was perfect - we could walk by Sagrada every day of our stay in Barcelona. We didn't take the public transport at all during our stay except to the airport El Prat, which is easily accessible by one train from a station nearby the apartment. The apartment is located across from a big shopping center - Glories with restaurants, McDonalds etc. There is a nice bakery in the same building, 2 little grocery shops which we visited every day. It is located about 1 km from the Sagrada Familia, 3 km from Park Guell, and 4 km from the city center (approximately). The apartment has 3 clean bedrooms with all items necessary. It also had all the necessary amenities - coffee maker, utensils, plus coffee, sugar, salt, madeleines, washpowder, etc. We were very comfortable and are very happy with our stay. The owner is nice, helpful, quick and easy to communicate. He was at the door waiting when we arrived - so that was very easy check-in. Everything was fine. The neighbors upstairs were a bit noisy, but it was Christmas and we didn't mind it. We didn't hear the noise in the night in any case.
