• Huda (1/5): Was terrible very hot and the flat very small no air conditioning or even fan we could not sleep. Not safe electricity b - The property very poor and not clean not worth the money None
• Sagar (9/5): The stay was wonderful and the studio felt very homely. - The location of the studio is 9 mins walk and 4 mins by tram from Zurich HB. You get a wonderful view of city from balcony as the building is on hill. Hair dryer was missing
• Paul (8/5): We enjoyed our time in Zurich- a beautiful place. Everywhere is available by bus or tram. Lakecruise was excellent - Very close to town centre once you work out the trams and buses. Tram stops right outside the front door. GPS didn’t work to direct us to the property - raining and very cold. No tea or coffee or milk provided. Would recommend directions to property include Tram number 15 from Main Station and Sonneggstrasse stop.
• Tom (8/5): Great place; very well located for our needs. - Two (minor!) gripes: 1. We would have preferred firmer pillows; 2. There was no hair dryer (as advertised).
• Maryam (1/5): Bad - Almost nothing, When I asked the host for an early check-in, they switched to their native language even though they had previously answered some questions in English. The apartment had a strong smoke odor, making our stay unpleasant. Despite the listing mentioning toiletries and a hairdryer, none were provided. I had to make a trip to store to buy toiletries ( Shampo, ..)Additionally, check-in was inconvenient, as I had to pick up the key from a different location that was not mentioned beforehand. After I realized how complicated it was to access the house, I asked the host for a cancellation, but he ignored my request as well as a cancellation request made by Booking.com.
• Waqar (9/5): Perfect apartment for stay with a spectacular view - The apartment was fully furnished and cleaned. It has all the required equipment/appliances/things for a perfect stay. The view from the balcony is spectacular. It is near to the Zurich main train station. Also a tram station is at the front of the building's entrance, making it convenient for travelling within the city. The pillows are too soft. May be some people like too soft pillows, but for us we prefer to have a little bit of hard pillows.
