- Mohd azim (1/5): - I believe that the apartment I booked is a scam. I have tried calling the property owner multiple times, but the phone number is not in service. I also sent several messages, but there has been no response at all.
I have already submitted a complaint to Booking.com; however, the issue has not been resolved and no effective assistance has been provided so far.
This situation has caused me inconvenience, financial loss, and distress. I am requesting immediate investigation and a full refund as the property appears to be fraudulent and inaccessible I believe that the apartment I booked is a scam. I have tried calling the property owner multiple times, but the phone number is not in service. I also sent several messages, but there has been no response at all.

- Htet (1/5): We will file a police report against you if we don't get our money back. - This room is a big lie. We didn't stay a single day after we paid and the agent doesn't answer the phone. We paid over a thousand baht and didn't even stay in the room for a single day. Please don't rent this room again because it's Lie.I just rented a room for Chinese New Year. They take money and don't give you a room.We also called and texted the agent for two days in a row, but his phone number was not set up.They won't even give us back the 1100 RM we lost. Really disappointing liars.

- Miki (4/5): No more next time - Clean and convenient to us to go somewhere Before one day check in very hard to contact the host, called and msg to her many times , finally she reply and link her agent to me. The unit is very very clean, and the laundry powder smell very strong, strong until we couldn’t sleep. The next day morning I contacted to the person ask him come to change all the bedsheets cover and blanket cover too.
This is the first time and is the last time to do order again. We never have this bad experience before.

I try so many phone number, including their phone number, but it still cannot be open (as mention in the guideline). i try to reach the owner but they did'nt pick up any of my phone calls. End up i need to pay extra on another budget hotel, but still they haven't return my money back! I already pay full payment for a night!! I want my money back!! And please pick up your phone! Its been a week now, please be responsible, and honest!!

High deposit but slow on refund
- Chong (2/5): New, innovative tech but inconvenient. - Grocery store at below, new building The owner set the main power switch to the door lock, we have to experience power shut every time when one of us going out. The towel supply is only 2 but we already mention we have 6pax. The security guard is very unfriendly and requires access card every time going out from the lobby. We have only 1 access card for 6 pax group, they couldn’t provide more.

This is requested on the day to check in, not before booking is confirmed. Refund will only be done after 15 working days.
