Easy to get in and out. Beds very comfortable.
Spare bedding provided for the fold out couch, adequate space for our family of 6.
Pool was nice and my son loved using the gym facilities.

- Sasha (8/5): Fantastic location, great views, clean comfortable apartment. Would book again. - Fantastic location. Close to transport, Marvel Stadium & other Melbourne attractions. Apartment had an fantastic view. Was clean with good amenities. It was very difficult to get to the apartment from the car park. The carpark lift was broken and due to being Xmas couldn’t be repaired. We had to walk a distance with our luggage past big open bins which were very smelly. Not a great first impression.

Kitchen gear was fully stocked so that was great The instructions on getting out the property could have been clearer. We left all the keys inside and locked ourselves out on departure, only to realise we needed the key pass to exit the car park. That was our error but we managed to get out in the end.

家族で過ごすには部屋の大きさも最適で、清潔でした。
今回、駐車場も施設ないのを借りる事ができ、調べた限りでは妥当な金額で良かったです。
オーナーの方の連絡もこまめで安心して当日を迎える事ができました。 特にありませんでした。
あえて加えるならば、グローバルなコンセントアダプターが備えてあれば、便利だったと思います。

- Brendon (8/5): Great spot to stay close to amenities - I found this accommodation to be a great spot to stay in the city while attending an event. Being right across the road from Southern Cross station, it was very easy to get around, with easy access to shops, trams and trains.
The room itself was good - having a washer & dryer was very much appreciated. WiFi was a bit slow at times - the router in the room is quite old and could do with being replaced.
Shower in the en suite bathroom would consistently go between hot and cold - not the most pleasant experience when showering.

Was able to cook a meal in the decent sized kitchen and the view looking over docklands was great and the extras like the pool were fun
- Judy (10/5): Friend Getaway - Accommodation was central to everything. It was a 2 minute walk to the trams. Shops across the road. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

- Karen (6/5): Great location for a city stay with good facilities for a small family group. - Location was very good and facilities in the room e.g. kitchen equipment. The usefulness of two bathrooms. The main bedroom was good because it blockout blinds plus it had a solid door separation. It is advertised for 5 adults, but it is best suited to a couple with children. The reason being with 5 separate adults, the fifth bed was a foldaway style bed which only suits children up to about 12yrs. As the room is compact then there not a lot of space for five adults even though it was group of brothers. The second bedroom did not have a solid door like the main bedroom did.

Spacious and clean, has everything you need, the beds are very comfortable and the host flexible an responses quickly to any question you might have. All in all this was the perfect place for us to stay in Melbourne. Nothing. The view from the balcony is magic and the building's amenities such as a large indoor heated pool, a sauna and fitness centre, a library and climbing wall are a huge plus and easy to find.
- Hughes (8/5): Good overall, photos were taken just before walking out. - How close it was to shopping and all transport. Very convenient for a family of five with 3 children . Food available downstairs along the street until midnight. The pool had not been cleaned and there was blood and other bodily secretions such as chunks of number 2s etc. This is clearly not the apartment owners issue but rather the building maintenance to ensure it is kept clean. We were there for 5 days and this only happened on the 4th night. The kids missed out on the nightly swim.

Kids loved the pool and bouldering facilities!
- Tay (5/5): Good location but operator needs to improve the way they handle things and upgrade the facilities - Very Centre to many things including the Sothern Cross station and all the eateries The operator wasted my time in getting the key and into the apartment. Initially he mentioned box number 1313 but didn't send me any code until I called him. when i get to the box 1313, i have a shock of my life the letter box was already opened with no key inside. Then the very kind and helpful lady from the building management ran to me saying that the property operator called to give another box number and but using the the same code. With this mess up by him, my other travelling partners have to anciently waited at least 15-20 mns in the car by the road side.
There're is no aircon in the rooms. It is still okay for us as this is cool autumn. But how about during Summer? Expect all your guests to sleep in the hall ? And please change the towels to the standard white type. The dark grey towels simply do not give a hygiene feeling.

Good views. The kitchen needs a few more utensils to make meal prep easier. There was no tea towel but that may have been an oversight. The sink was grubby the cleaners should use bicarbonate soda to remove stains🤗

Comfortable beds, even the sofa bed apparently, my granddaughter thought it was great. There was a couple of issues with no kitchen light, and fan in ensuite not turning off, the only other thing that I could suggest is some body wash for shower.

- Rowenna (9/5): An excellent place to stay, would certainly stay again. - The apartment was very comfortable and exceptionally clean. Very convenient keys pickup and checkout. A great selection of bed combinations for large families. As good as it gets. The pool was a bit cold, but I guess it is the middle of winter! (There is a great Sauna though). A little bit of early morning street noise, but the others didn’t hear it and I’m a very light sleeper!

Enjoyed using the onsite gym. Good pod coffee machine and good basic facilities overall in the apartment and kitchen. One of the shower heads kept falling down making it hard to use.
Ppty advertised as 5 beds (we 5 single women) as had a sofa couch and pullout bed but there was only one lot of spare bedding provided which we used for the pullout bed since was a single sized bottom sheet, so two of us had to share the double bed since unable to make up the sofa bed (dbl bed was very comfortable though with no roll together so we didnt bother requesting extra bedding for the next night).

The pool isn’t really welcoming for people to use. Each time we went there people were using it for lap swimming and we felt we couldn’t go in as they looked to be owners, not holiday makers
