• Rose (10/5): A truly pleasant experience. I would highly recommend. - I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The place was spotless and very well maintained, with all the amenities needed to make my visit comfortable and relaxing. Everything from the bedding to the kitchen essentials was thoughtfully provided. The view from the balcony and bedrooms was absolutely gorgeous.

• Sen (8/5): Great views and spacious apartment. - Location was great, with river views! I could not get into the parking because it was after hours, and the previous guest did not leave the parking access card in the pouch with the keys. I parked in another parking garage for the few hours, and the host sorted this out in the morning and refunded me for the parking charge the next day. Everything else was good thereafter.

• Joanne (7/5): All in all a good time away :) - Location was great. Beds were very comfortable. Shower in 2nd bathroom flooded the floor when used. Maybe needs a plumber to look at. Fridge was leaking at the bottom.
• Dushy (8/5): The appartment was vey clean and the location was fantastic. - Instructions were clear, so it was not hard to collect the keys to the appartment. However, the entrance was a bit confusing at the first instance. But it was not hard to work it out. Nothing I did not like.

The beds were comfortable and the kitchen and lounge area were perfect. Of course we loved the view too.

(and could buy snacks !) The only thing we could fault (and this is NOT a major issue) was that there are no full length mirrors in the apartment at all...

Was very grateful that we had somewhere to stay. Hi, this is Kacie Buchanan, I stayed at your apartment from the 25th September - 30th September 2023. I have some issues I’d like to discuss with you. As my stay was quite stressful due to a few situations whilst staying in your apartment 1901, 222 Margaret Street. It really stressed me out considering how much I paid for the apartment that the window was a struggle to shut. Being 19 story’s high above ground with 3 children. It put me into panic. the lack of consideration due to me addressing this to you really upset me. I understand you did call and I managed to shut it but it wasn’t locked. My kids were scared also, which was horrible to see as they have been through enough worry in there life’s, not being able to lock it to make sure my kids were safe was a constant worry. I had to keep eyes on my kids 24/7 literally as it was causing me paranoia and was very dangerous. All parents should always watch their children but not literally how much I had to because of the windows, the window opened enough for any child or even adult to be able to fit through. I’m letting you know as I would recommended it being fixed as it could be a potentially fatal and all safety precautions should be prioritised expecially when accomodating children. The fact I got asked to pay for more linen multiple times due to my daughter having food poisoning and throwing up also added to my stress levels. Expecially with what I paid for the apartment. I tried to take it alon myself to wash and dry the sheets for my kids so they could enjoy there sleep, the washer and dryer didn’t work. I tried washing the sheets etc but the washing machine didn’t clean clothes properly even once I purchased my own sard stain remover laundry products etc. the dryer didn’t work either so like I said couldn’t even dry the sheets..had to pack my children’s luggage bags with wet clothes before we flew back home as it just simply didn’t work.

This was incovenient as i was on a business trip and on a tight schedule and I was only staying for 1 night. This is probably not an issue for most guests. .
