• Caroline (10/5): Superior accommodation made our stay in Rome 10/10! - ALL the staff were exceptional; friendly, helpful, polite and all went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. Our room (number 10) was clean to a very high standard, very comfortable, spacious with an amazing walk in wardrobe and plenty of hangers! The mini bar is complimentary and well stocked and the housekeeping staff were attentive and friendly. We ate breakfast every morning and dinner on one evening. The breakfasts were substantial, tasty and well- presented and the staff and kitchen were very accommodating with dietary needs. The dinner was exceptional and the wine list extensive enough to suit all tastes but not overwhelming. The bar area was intimate and comfortable with complimentary snacks served with the drinks. All public areas were well-appointed with stylish interior design, comfortable seating and exceptional coffee. There was not one thing we didn't rave about to everyone and we will definitely stay here again., Not one thing; it was perfect.

The staff were incredibly friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The room was spotless and the facilities were great. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. It was table service, so nice and relaxing. Would definitely stay here again. Nothing, it was perfect.
