- Sergei (7/5): Good - Easy to check-in, easy to pay (chambermind came to grab money). Location is not bad, especially close to bus station of 09, 10 and other buses. Tram-line is nearby. Also Erasta shopping center and fish-restaurant behind Erasta. Also Bus-station in a walking distance. It was clean inside, hot-water run uninterruptedly Wi-Fi was working reliable. That was my first experiance of living on basment level. Did not like it. Also want to mention poor equiped kitchen and bathroom, even kettle I had to ask. And, strange, in Turkey there was no turkish coffee pot. Be careful with WI-FI password, host sending you, it is a bit triky.
- Mohamed (9/5): I wouldnt say its the best apartment out there, but was definitely worth it. - The host is very friendly and helpful. Also the apartment was very nice and cozy. This apartment is actually located in the basement floor, which wasn’t really optimal for sunlight and fresh air.
