• Antonio (6/5): Siamo venuti in 3 per il mare e visitare Napoli è stato una casa accogliente ma sconsiglio di cucinare in casa e un po’ - terrazza meravigliosa per riposarsi e prendere il sole colazione, l’appartamento molto grande da quello dalla foto In bagno non andava bene il bidè e la tenda della doccia fuori usciva acqua anche se si chiudeva bene poi la sporcizia pavimento addirittura c’era un unghia sulla finestra

• Christine (7/5): Tolle große Ferienwohnung - es gibt Potenzial zur Verbesserung - Die Größe der Wohnung ist super, der große Balkon ist am Morgen zum Frühstück genial, und auch Abends wunderbar. Auf der Kreuzung kann man jeden Tag das chaotische, neapolitanische Verkehrstreiben beobachten. Die Nähe zu gleich zwei Supermärkten, einer direkt unter dem Haus, war sehr praktisch. Es gibt auch noch eine sehr preiswerte, Pizzeria, nichtmal fünf Minuten entfernt, wo die Pizza lecker schmeckt. Cosimo hat uns einen Flughafentransfer organisiert für Hin und Rückfahrt und war immer bereit, wenn wir eine Frage hatten, zu helfen oder sofort etwas zu kaufen. Er hat sogar noch einen extra Ventilator bereit gestellt, da die Hitze unmöglich war. Bagnoli ist eine interessante Ecke, mit der Bahnanbindung kommt man überall hin. Für den Hochsommer wäre die Anschaffung einer Klimaanlage wahrscheinlich zu überlegen, es war auch Nachts so warm. Ansonsten ein paar kleinere Reparaturen wären nötig, die Dusche, das Wasser läuft bis sonst wohin! Für die zwei Balkone ein paar neue schöne Sitz- und Liegenmöglichkeiten, Sonnenschirme, die Pflanzen brauchen auch mal wieder jemanden der sich kümmert. Die Wohnung ist schön, braucht aber mal wieder ne Rundumerneuerung was Kleinigkeiten betrifft. Eine ordentliche Pfanne für Induktion, die vorhandene funktioniert nicht!

• Carol (10/5): Fantastic flat - Flat was brilliant 10/10. The host was always quick to reply to messages and sort issues. I visited with my adult son for the Napoli half marathon and the location was perfect. The flat was very clean, comfortable and had everything we required for our weekend. It is in a residential area but has supermarkets and restaurants on your doorstep, a 5min stroll takes you down to the station and a few stops later you’re in Napoli. Just behind the station you are also at the waterfront, nice for a walk. I felt very safe in the flat and also wandering around the area and in Napoli. I stay in holiday flats regularly and would definitely stay here again. Thanks There is scaffolding up on the large terrace at present which can’t be helped but it doesn't look nice. We were still able to go out onto the small one which made up for this.
• Suzanne (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful apartment, large bedrooms, extremely comfortable beds. Sofia was very informative and answered all questions straight away. Fabulous balcony, great location near metro station and train station. About half an hour outside Naples but that is what we wanted. Would highly recommend 👌 More loungers in balcony would have been nice. Otherwise perfect.
• Dejan (10/5): Exceptional - Property is very spacey, I miss some things in kitchen(cut knives, more kitchen pots), beds are fine, in this season offerd air wents are not enugh, would suggest in future AC. Owner was very kind and usefull and immediately give us needed information. Cleanes in appartment is very poor and superficial, we need to wearing sandals, otherwise we have dirty feet. There are two grocery stores in the immediate exit of facility, and there is also a small sea view. The beach is approximately a 10-minute walk away. The beaches in this part do not have their own shadows and there were not many tourists or locals during this period. Public transport - the subway is about a 7-10 minute walk from the accommodation, with good connections for sightseeing in Naples. I recommend the accommodation only for cleanliness, it would be necessary to add a little more. Cleanes
