- Gogic (5/5): Dirty old but spacey. Not really worth the price eycept the location - Spacey flat, good bed Flat wasnt cleaned when we arrived but hosts luckly send a cleaner. Still towels are smelly and damp. Cleaning fee of 60€ while not being clean

- Adrian (4/5): Kein guter Service des Vermieters, mühsame Mängel - Die Lage in Neuköln ist sehr gut, der Preis war ok. Die Unterkunft war nicht sauber. Sie war schlicht nicht gereinigt bei Ankunft. Wurde später am Abend erledigt. Danach war es aber sehr kalt, die Heizung nicht angeschaltet. Weiter klemmte das Türschloss immer wieder und der Feueralarm ging unmotiviert ab - der Vermieter war telefonisch nicht erreichbar und antwortete mit Verspätung

- Radka (4/5): V dnešní době jsou už na tom ubytka lépe. Příště bych už nešla. - Téměř nic, jen místo poblíž metra. Téměř všechno. Hluk z ulice, nešly zatáhnout stahovací dveře. Pavučiny, špína , vyklajici se záchod, nepohodlné spaní, pískání vody, pípání hlásiče požáru , v kuchyni nedostatek nádobí, žádné hrnky, vida zvlášť studena a tepla, nešlo nastěhovat, kuchyňská linka z kopce,....

- Andre Giamarino (8/5): - The location was very good with plenty of restaurants, grocery shop and near by metro station. The massage couch and sports table was a plus. Only the towels was smalls can be replace for regular towels for the guests.
- Dominique (5/5): - L'espace de la chambre et les 3 pièces. Les meubles dont le grand canapé. La localisation : bien placé par rapport à l'appartement de notre fille. Il y avait juste une petite serviette par personne. Nous souhaitions avoir une 2ème serviette. Pas de réponse pendant 5 jours ! La veille de notre départ le 6ème jour, une femme de ménage nous a apporté une autre petite serviette. J'en avais acheté en attendant ! Sinon la chambre est directement sur la rue. Il peut y avoir du bruit mais c'était en général tranquille. Sinon quelqu'un a fait pipi sur la porte un matin ! L'appartement est sombre. Il n'y a pas de billard dans l'appartement. C'est un baby foot.

En la esquina hay un café y se escucha la gente desde la habitación. El inodoro no está bien fijado al piso. Se mueve al usarlo. El lavavajillas estaba sucio de un usuario anterior. One of my worst experiencias in Booking.
- Anne (6/5): Découverte du quartier de Neukölln - Pièces spacieuses, grand lit. Quartier assez calme malgré un bar tout proche. Proximité d'une station de métro. Proximité avec le parc. L'entrée depuis la rue donne directement dans la chambre à coucher: un peu de bruit la nuit si on aime dormir avec la fenêtre ouverte. Il était possible de laisser une petite fenêtre ouverte en hauteur, sans pouvoir descendre le store. Appartement avec beaucoup d'humidité quand nous sommes arrivés. Eau chaude à intervalles réguliers...
