• Bradford (9/5): We thought the apartment was definitely better than staying in a hotel. It was a convenient location. - We liked the location. We liked the size of the unit and the amenities offered. Finding and operating the lockbox for the apartment keys, especially in the dark, were awkward. Some of the light switches did not turn anything on. Some lamps were unplugged. We did find two spiders in the guest bathroom.

• Lakhvir (1/5): Terrible - don’t be fooled. Save your money for elsewhere. - Other than location being good, the property and facilities were terrible. Save your money for a hotel. On arrival the property smelt foul, no windows had been opened in a while and you could tell no cleaning had been done. It still smelt like cigarettes one week after. The place was dusty and dirty, towels had stains on them and even plates and mugs were dusty and dirty with human hair in the plates. There is no on site staff. We arrived at night only to find that the majority of the lights in the property don’t even work. We had to make do with moving lamps around to areas where we needed light. If you need assistance you can send a message to the staff, who just give you another number to contact and that’s all. Our stay was very uncomfortable, the property was not in a good condition as shown in the pictures and we couldn’t wait to leave. If I had known I would have seriously booked elsewhere. I hated coming back to this run down shabby dirty apartment each night.
• Shane (8/5): Most enjoyable and overall experience was great. - Spacious and clean Toilet seat in the bathroom was loose. The extraction fans in the bathrooms extremely noisy. Instructions to the trash shoot was not very good. It should include the room number it was close too. Not great flexibility with checking in early where there was a late change charge and then sent to the wrong address for payment. Check out time on bookings.com had a check out at 10:00 - 10:30 but told by property managers it was a mistake and it was 10:00 and we would incur a charge if we were late leaving. However Brian was very nice and flexible with the check out time.

• Gadeloff (10/5): It was fantastic. Glad we chose this place - Balcony, plenty of sun in the rooms, comfortable beds, plenty of coffee pods Hot tub was nice. Check out is earlier than standard 10am is early and check in is at 4 We had to kill a lot of time prior to arriving at the hotel. Once there the obtaining the key was a bit confusing and there wasn’t anyone on the premises that could help. Other than that everything was great.

Its spacious, n they prepared all the equipments that we need in the kitchen. The communication is also very fast and helpful. Its a very good value of money..and i will def will stay there again. • Sonali (8/5): I enjoyed my stay, would definitely book again but would bring my own towels - Excellent location, comfortable size of apartment. Reasonably well decorated. The property has a garage and laundry room. Good value for the money. I didn’t like the Bed linen, towels and bathrobes. They were not hotel quality. The bed sheets were not 100% cotton, felt like cotton polyester blend, produced at lot of static electricity. Towels were black / Anthracite and didn’t feel like they were freshly washed.

I texted several times over Bookings.com asking about which garage entrance to use and got answers about an elevator and a second time…saying lower level. Never got an intelligent answer.

The apartment is ok, it just needs a really good clean. - Good location within a safe neighbourhood/ building with a secure car park. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen were handy. Apartment was not clean. Crumbs still on the couch, dirty cups and glasses and bits of rubbish on the carpet so it was obviously not thoroughly cleaned before our stay. The towels in the apartment were stained, smelly and worn out. We asked the host for replacement towels and they said they will see what they can do, then I never heard from them again, so we bought our own from Target. The bedding also did not seem clean and it was a concern when we first arrived that the apartment was left unlocked.
