- Darren (9/5): Easy access and fantastic location to shops and bars - Location Couch wasn’t comfortable and no aerial on the tv .everything else was fine
- Encel (9/5): A lovely apartment to come back to after a day out. - Location was very handy for trains and trams. Loved the view from the balcony. Well appointed. It would be good to have an extra key, as we couldn't go out separately. There was no access to the cupboard in the second bedroom. The tap in the kitchen is faulty.

- Peter (2/5): Frustrating - Good location The property asked for additional funds to use the advertised 4 sofa bed. The vendor also asked for ID face scan verification, credit card information and confirmation on the booking even though it was already paid for and confirmed through booking.com. The room was a little dirty and when the additional funds weren’t paid for the sofa bed, no bedding was provided to use it (even though it was advertised for the amount paid). I will be disputing this through booking.com

- Michelle (7/5): - location was great. Contact with team was great. Couldn't get through using the provided phone number, only got voicemail and nobody responded. Very quick to respond through email though. not that i didn't like it. But i suggest a Instruction manual on how to use things in the room would be handy. Like how to turn the power on as it isn't automatic. Info on how the oven is also a microwave as there is no Microwave in the room. Just small things that wouldn't have frustrated me on arrival. Once we were able to work these things out, the room was great. I would remove Spacious from the title as the room is nice, but i wouldn't say spacious. The room is quite small compared to what I've stayed in when in Melbourne.
- Anna (8/5): Convenient location and affordable - The location was very good. It was near the Southern Cross Station, near Coles, restaurants and the tram was accessible. The apartment was neat and the check-in process was very easy. I saw on the apartment listing that there was a microwave but we couldn't find it. Also, there is a fan in the bathroom but there was no button for it, and it was inconvenient that the mirror fogged up everytime we use the shower. Another thing is that even though there is a laundry washer, there was no drying rack to hang the clothes.
- Ella (6/5): great location, modern apartment but has its flaws - Great location, simple and modern apartment. Facilities were great, specifically the pool area. A nice stay but you get what you pay for. As we arrived, the apartment was not clean - we found several food items on the floor of the living area, and rubbish under the table. The heater didn’t work for a few days but eventually kicked in. For 4 people, there was also an insufficient amount of cutlery and plates. there were just enough knives/forks, but just 1 soup spoon and 2 dessert spoons which made mealtimes difficult as not everyone could eat at the same time/use the appropriate cutlery. The cookware provided included sharp knives, 1 tongs, 1 wooden spoon, 2 chopping boards, and 2 pots/pans so if you are planning to cook a lot, especially for a group larger than 3, this may not be the right place for you as there is really not much.

- Skye (8/5): Very good - Room was lovely! Few scuffs marks on the walls and the bathroom was a little dusty, but other than that the place was clean and comfortable Host was only able to provide one key which made things difficult. However they were friendly and responsive to our messages

- Karizza (8/5): Very good - It was modern and clean. Enough space for 4 people to sleep. It was also a good location near Southern Cross Station. Though if you’re there for the tennis, note that the tram schedule changes and the tram doesn’t go all the way to the stop in front of the bldg. We weren’t able to use the closet space in the second bedroom as it was locked. It would have been good as there’s limited space to put our stuff, specially with big suitcases. The shower also leaked pretty heavily and soaked through any towel we put down on the floor.
