I’m writing to formally lodge a complaint and request a full refund for my recent stay. When I arrived at the property, it was in an unacceptable and unclean condition.
• Wet towels were left on the bathroom floor
• The bed was unmade with visibly dirty sheets and blanket
• The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes, and there were no clean ones available
It was clear that the property had not been cleaned after the previous guests. I contacted Booking.com immediately to ask for assistance, but the situation was extremely distressing and made my stay very uncomfortable.
Given the condition of the property and the inconvenience caused, I kindly request a full refund.

The floor is very worn in some spots.
Quite a few scuffs and stains on the walls.
