Additional Guest Charges: We can accommodate up to 6 guests in our property at the base rate. If you plan to bring more than 6 people, there will be an additional charge of $85 per guest, per night.
Early check-in and late check-out, both subject to availability:
Early Check-In: Available upon request for $20 per hour (first 2 hours); $40 per hour thereafter.
Late Check-Out: Available upon request for $20 per hour (first 2 hours); $40 per hour thereafter.

Guest Identity Verification: As part of our commitment to safety and security, we require the principal guest to complete our verification process. Additionally, we require the principal guest to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID (such as a driver's license, state ID, or passport) during the booking process. If you are denied in this process, your reservation will not be honored and subsequently the reservation will be canceled.
Guest Registration Form: You will be asked to complete a guest registration form. This helps us ensure that your stay is personalized and tailored to your needs. It also aids us in providing assistance during your visit.
Primary guest minimum age: The minimum rental age for the primary guest is 21.
Noise Monitoring System: To ensure a peaceful and enjoyable environment for all, our property features a noise alert monitoring system. Please rest assured that there is no electronic video or audio surveillance monitoring inside the unit. We respect your privacy. Keep in mind that excessive noise that crosses property lines at an unreasonable volume is prohibited within the city, as per the City Noise Ordinance. We ask all our guests to be mindful of their noise levels and be considerate of our neighbors' peace and quiet.
Credit Card Authorization: $200 will be temporarily held during check-in to cover incidentals, extended stays, or any potential damages during your visit. This is a temporary hold, which will expire after your check-out.
On-site parking is available for only 1 car per reserved room. An additional parking space will incur an additional charge of USD 40 per car per night.
This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

- Zofia (10/5): - Everything was great, apartment was really nice and well furnished. Kitchen had everything we needed and in general we've had a great week. Wifi is working really good, we've been on workation and it was cruicial - both of us was having an online meetings without any problem. Access cards wasn't ready when we arrived (22pm) and we had to get it in the morning at administration desk (I think it was administration team fault, I've seen they have al informations they needed). The heating wasn't working well, as it was the coldest few days in Miami since many years.

- Niv (9/5): Great apartment, good location - The apartment was large and convenient, in a very good location and add plenty of facilities I got more than 10 messages and several phone calls from the property management which was exhausting, including an international mandatory phone call. The baby pack and play came without a mattress which was very uncomfortable for our baby (who slept with us instead)

You feel like you are in its own oasis. Just need to pay a bit more attention to cleaning under the beds and in general the floors and rug.

- Tamar (8/5): Nice location, pleasant apartment, great pool, very good management team. - the apartment has a good size, roomy and very comfortable. It has all the standard amenities: two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, washer and dryer. There a gym and a pool in the complex. The pool is great, with pleasantly warm water. There were a few small issues but the property management took care of them promptly: one of the beds has air mattresses and one was deflated, so they walked us through inflating it using the dedicated remote control. There were no beach towels initially, so they had someone buy them and bring over. One thing that could have been better is a bit more of the washing and cleaning materials like toilet paper and shampoo. The available quantities were exact and it would have been nice to have instead a bit more.
