• Monika (7/5): - Nowocześnie urządzone mieszkanko z pięknym tarasem. Niestety pomimo, że w opisie były 2 łazienki, w rzeczywistości była jedna. Druga to WC. Dla naszej grupy był to istotny element i zmniejszył komfort naszego pobytu. Dodatkowo druga sypialnia jest na antresoli, do której prowadzi drabina.
• Kristina (10/5): A very nice apartment close to all the sites with every amenity. I would stay here again. - The apartment was in a great location close to most of the sites. You can walk everywhere. The deck was beautiful and you can see the Acropolis from the big family room window. The kitchen had everything you would need and the washing machine worked good. The staircase to the apartment did not have a lot of lighting so it was hard to see the stairs at night.

It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, like a home away from home. The location is ideal for exploring Athens, with major sights, restaurants, and shops all within easy reach. N/A
• James (10/5): Fantastic views. Very comfortable beds. Clean modern simple yet well appointed. - Location and views from every window and the massive terrace. We were fine, but in about ten more years we wouldn’t stay here as the stairs to the third floor would be too much, with luggage. And the stairs to the second bedroom within the flat are for young agile people only.
• Tony (9/5): Three Nights of Athenian Bliss - Everything. Fabulous location, great space. Good facilities and comfortable bedrooms that use the best of the space. Nothing. I’d not recommend it to people with mobility issues and I’d want to be able to put away the sail that blocks the sun on the terrace. Some sun in February is a blessing. But none of that is a criticism, the views are fab.

• Frances (8/5): - Fantastic location! Kids loved the ‘hot tub’ in spite of the fact it is just an outdoor bathtub, not a spa bath or jacuzzi, and the water isn’t really hot enough. Kids also loved the loft bedroom - might not be ideal for younger kids but older ones enjoy the novelty. The property comes up as having parking available in the filters - this means nearby paid parking for 30-40 euros per night. Bit misleading. The bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable.

• Jami (10/5): From checkin to checkout it was a seamless and pleasant stay. - Beautiful apartment and walking distance to all major sites in the city center. Minutes away from amazing food and cool bars. The beds are SO comfortable it’s hard to get up in the morning. There were coffee pods and water in the fridge when we arrived, such a nice touch. Berna couldn’t be more lovely and took such great care of us. Would definitely stay again. Stairs but I was very well aware of them before I booked so no problems. I’m healthier now!

• keren (1/5): אכזבה - אין קשר בין התמונות באתר למציאות. הדירה לא מתאימה בכלל ל 4 אנשים מבוגרים. גם לא ל 3. המיטה הנוספת נמצאת בקומת גלריה שבגובה לא ניתן לעמוד. הדירה לא נקיה בכלל. השירותים בתוך ארון. השהות היתה מאכזבת מאוד
• Sheridan (10/5): The flat was lovely, our host Berna was gracious and super helpful with loads of good information! - It was very modern and clean with great amenities! The location in the Plaka neighborhood was perfect for us. We had to haul our four heavy pieces of luggage up the three flights of stairs but we knew that when we rented the apartment.

The location was close and walkable to many of the popular tourist sites and the Plaka district. We enjoyed our stay. Coordination and communication was excellent. The stairs into the upper bedroom were really almost a ladder. The three flights of stairs can be a challenge for older guests with a lot of luggage.
• Angelo (10/5): In pieno centro a Plaka - la posizione era ottima. Per me e per mia moglie la stanza andava ben anche se leggermente piccina ma accogliente. La seconda stanza andava bene per i ragazzi ma non per bambini piccoli perché c'e' una scala troppo ripida. I bagni sono due ma il secondo e solo una toilet perciò una sola doccia. Il salotto e molto bello con la vista sull'acropoli. La terrazza e da incanto, comoda e spaziosa ci e' piaciuto moltissimo. Non c'e' posteggio all'appartamento ma ci sono dei posti per lasciare la macchina 24 ore. Purtroppo ho dei problemi con le giochi...anche avuto all'eta' perciò fare tre piani con la valigia ed/o zaino puoessere un po difficile per certe persone...Cio' non toglie affatto che e una ottima struttura nel centro di Atene vicino a tutto

The house was very clean and comfortable. The 2nd bedroom is a loft and the stairs for it are spaced far apart (see owner’s pic). The hot tub is just a normal tub.

Perfect location for families to tour the Parthenon and the Plaka. - Spacious, nice kitchen and terrace For the price could have more upscale features like art, more cutlery, better pillows. It was a bit stale in spite of an overall nice design.

• Bethan (10/5): Brilliant in every way! - Very clean, had everything you could need. Very modern as the photos show. Great location in the summer heat, not far from anything. Aircon was perfect. Perfect for our family of 4. We had a perfect stay and would highly recommend it. Super communication with the agent/owner. Very responsive and gave lots of info. It’s not a dislike it’s a warning for those who aren’t great with stairs. The apartment is up 3 flights of stairs. The second room is up a metal permanent ladder, so it was fine for us. But if less nimble then it could be a problem.

The only down side was the stairs that led up to the apartment. We had many suitcases and it was pretty hot and also tiring dragging them up all the stairs. Otherwise the flat was amazing!

• Tamara (7/5): Good - We loved the location and the apartment was fairly well appointed with lovely furnishings, nice linens, a beautiful deck, wonderful dishes etc in the kitchen and even a dishwasher. I also want to give high praise to Berna, who was extremely helpful and available to answer questions any time of the day. She was fabulous. We didn’t realize that the 2nd bedroom was a loft, and when you have 4 - 65+ folks staying there, it was quite inconvenient. Odd that all 4 of us missed this point. My husband and I could stay up there as he is 6’4”. There should be window coverings up there too so folks are not exposed to others. We also didn’t realize there was a shared shower, not the end of the world but again it was described as 2 bed 2 bath and should have been 1 bed, 1 open loft bed, and 1 1/2 bath. Somewhere to hang bath towels would have been very helpful as well, perhaps adding a couple of hooks in each bath area would be helpful.

AND THAT TERRACE—ABSOLUTELY STUNNING, WITH AN INCREDIBLE VIEW! Honestly, this stay made us dream about investing in real estate in Athens :) A special thanks to the wonderful Berna, who took care of us throughout our trip and even prepared a super detailed guide for our stay. We truly had an amazing time. We’ll definitely be back! Side note: Since it’s an old building, there is no elevator, and the second bedroom is on a mezzanine level accessed via a ladder-style staircase—something to keep in mind..

• Marius (10/5): Beautiful, large apartment in a great location. - Very beautiful brand new apartment in Plaka, all designed with great taste and attention for detail. Spacious rooms. Located in an an old traditional building, very quiet and safe. The view from the large terrace is fantastic. The location is perfect to explore Athens. The apartment got quite cold despite the temperature outside being very good. I am sure they can fix this. Another downside is that the terrace faces a hotel so there is a lack of privacy. Also, the hot tub is technically just a bath tub, not a jacuzzi.

• Wasey (10/5): Beautiful Apartment in Plaka - My stay in this beautifully designed and central apartment in historic Plaka neighborhood for my short trip to Athens was magical! The apartment has all amenities including the hot tub on the terrace with stunning views of the city and some mountains. The host provided very clear instructions and it was very easy to check-in. Thanks for the complimentary wine, that is so thoughtful and nice!
