• Karen (10/5): Appartement très spacieux avec magnifique vue - Tout a été parfait du début à la fin, les instructions pour notre arrivée étaient complètes et très claires ! L'appartement était lumineux et spacieux, très propre à notre arrivée ! la place de parking gratuite était clairement un gros avantage. La vue depuis le balcon était incroyable ! Le quartier est parfois un peu bruyant avec les travaux à proximité, mais ce n'est vraiment pas dérangeant car tout est très bien insonorisé !

• Nicole (10/5): Sehr schöne Unterkunft in Brickell. - Die Unterkunft war sehr schön eingerichtet, modern und sauber. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in der 39. Etage. Das Bett war sehr groß und bequem. In der Küche stand alles zur Verfügung was man benötigt. Der Kühlschrank verfügt über einen Eiswürfelautomaten. Der Balkon ist nach Süden ausgerichtet und verfügt über Sitzmöglichkeiten. Man hat eine tolle Aussicht auf das Wasser und die Stadt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr unkompliziert und freundlich, wir haben vor unserer Anreise eine Nachricht mit allen wichtigen Informationen zur Anreise erhalten. In der 14. Etage befinden sich 3 Gemeinschaftspools für den gesamten Gebäudekomplex. Einer mit warmen Wasser, einer mit kaltem Wasser und ein Whirlpool. In der Regel bekommt man auch immer noch eine Liege am Pool. In der Unterkunft wurden uns auch Poolhandtücher zur Verfügung gestellt. Direkt neben dem Apartment-Komplex befindet sich ein CVS der 24h geöffnet ist, indem man auch Lebensmittel (außer frisches Obst und Gemüse) kaufen kann, in 10 min Fußweg ist man beim Publix. Ganz in der Nähe gibt es viele super Restaurants. Bis zum Bayside Market Place sind es ca. 30 min Fußweg. Bis zum Miami Beach sind es. ca. 30 min mit dem Auto, bei wenig Verkehr. Bei viel Verkehr eher 60 min. Man kann aber auch super City Bikes leihen. Von Brickell zu Miami Beach gibt es überall Radwege. Direkt gegenüber dem Gebäude befindet sich derzeit ein Baustelle, wodurch man den ganzen Tag über Baulärm hat. Direkt vom Balkon schaut man auf ein Gebäudedach mit Klimaanlage, die sehr laut war. Auf beides hat der Gastgeber leider keinen Einfluss.

• Keith (10/5): Beautiful apartment at a great location - The apartment was tastefully decorated, bright, clean and lots of room. It was also well supplied with essentials such as laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent. Could provide more coffee pods. With the two of us for five nights, we could use at least 10.

• Bryan (9/5): Great stay. Facilities was phenomenal - The apartment was awesome. Just as described. Spacious, clean and comfortable. Couldn't ask for anything else with the apartment. Location was great, able to walk to.all the places we wanted to visit. Very nice. Didn't like check in process. Security guard was extremely rude and the first guy we dealt with at the front desk was extremely unhelpful. We got there at 2:30. I stated in my email we would be there between 3-4pm. The 1st worker told us we had to wait til 4 to check in. No problem, we sat down to wait, but after less than 1/2 hour the Security guard rudely said we could only sit there 30 mins. This felt like an extortion for us to check our bags @ $5 per bag. After seeing me get upset a different front desk worker offered to check with the owner to see if the room was ready for us to check in. The room was ready and we were able to go to the apartment. This guard did that to several people sitting there which is not how anyone should be treated.

Location is great, only 5-7 minutes walk to the Brickell Center. Enough towels, even washing machine and dryer are available.
