• Florian (7/5): - Clean, coffee and tea in the kitchen, we’ve slept well and it was kind of quiet. The code didn’t worked and we had to wait outside in the freezing cold, plus we had to paid 50 bucks more on a app I never used before and I thought it was a scam. Beware of the crackheads, they’re not dangerous but crazy, definitely not the best place for a family with kids.

• Denise (1/5): Unfair business practice - Nothing The contract was not finalized, i.e., I never provided the required damage deposit, thus never fufilled the contract, nor stayed there. Meanwhile, the full rate was kept, and no one ever stayed or went there. No option was offered, as damage deposit of $500 was not provided, to return the monies already recieved. The contract was not completed. Unfair loophole for potential customers.

• Oleksandr (1/5): Hidden fee fraud. - We reserved and paid for the house for two nights then we were asked to fill out another form then required a $500 deposit. I could not provide them with payment in that amount and asked to cancel the reservation and get a refund, but they refused. So they just stole my money as there was no prior information about additional costs in the description.

• Jacob (10/5): Excellent - It was clean, had a kitchen, had access to all the streaming services, and was close to everything. The fireplace didn't work, and there was no way to adjust the temperature that I could find.
• Geoff (9/5): Nice cozy spot! - Good location for what I was in town for. Garage is a great piece to have. Bed was comfortable. Came with everything you need. Basic spices, and tinfoil a nice touch. Simple but very nice to have. A recliner in the living room would add a nice touch to kick back. But even so a very nice stay. The last evening someone had came in one of the other upstairs suites and was clearly audible in my area. Thankfully only the last night of the stay.
